That’s feckin awesome, love Scott.In addition to this guys I’ve been using dandelion root daily as a bit of an experiment really so I’m all ears on this one. You guys use fennel tea and or other teas to keep fairly dry day to day? I understand it’s more about water intake but keen to hear. Also speaking to a veteran I know yesterday he said he uses aqua blue on occasion.
Sorry to hijack post Ryan mate.I have used dandelion root extract (Tablets) purely as experimentation to try keep water down a little and it backfired massively. I didn’t realise how strong it was. 400mg pre bed i would be so dehydrated in the am i would get migraines. I shortly stopped this but it was good to see how it effected my body.

No drug is beneficial for fat loss bud. Your diet will dictate fat loss or fat gain.
But your choice of drugs would bring a more “Dryer look” as some people will say.

I would personally do –
Cycle 2: 500 test cyp & 600 EQ & 200 deca
or A slight change – 500 test- 500eq and 300npp weekly 🙂

Love EQ in the off season. I get none of the mental sides from it so its great.
Great muscle fullness. Vascularity. I do genuinely feel that EQ should be run at higher dosages when compared to most other compounds.

I suggest you go watch every single video in the beginners section.
Also go look at drdeans PCT protocol this will answer you question regarding “PCT” what to take etc etc.
Everyones body is different some people will take 8 weeks to return back to baseline natty levels…some people 20 weeks… No one knows only bloods will tell you this after pct and time off.
I suggest you complete this course- do a pct as DR dean outlines.
Stay off gear for a while.
Research a shit ton more watch every single video on this website – read all the forums then run your 2nd course.

Hi Haider i have just read your whole log (Good use of time at work lol)
You mentioned how when using NPP along side caber tamoxifen and adex you was getting early signs of gyno.
Even with bloods showing estro/prolactin in range.
Do you get this exact same issue with all 19nor compounds?Because funnily enough i have this exact issue i run npp and i get gyno symptoms but i can run tren at medium/high dosages and get no effects of gyno.

Post work out when glycogen levels are more depleted.
You dont want to deplete stores by doing cardio first then going into weights.

The first time pinning any muscle I have always got a little PIP.
In general I would say out of all site I found delts to be the least painful the first time and the least painful in the long run.
