    500-600 test prop would be more comparable to 750mg test E

    300mg is a huge drop.

    The ground rice/cream of rice definitely sits and digests better as I experimented with it again yesterday but is there any way to make it taste better? It’s soooo bland

    Cinnamon in ground rice taste great!

    I was having jam and peanut butter with it in off season tasted amazing!

    Rest today my usual day wake eat chill work, had our monthly meeting for the gym today all going well and I’m excited as we are looking at getting some more kit to replace the older stuff ???? choice will be between pannata and nautilus range plate loaded

    Also after chatting to Jordan we will he adding some cardarine in for its benefits on cardiovascular performance and potentially improving HDL

    Kuba will you ever look into opening another gym in a different part of the country?

    I don’t see an issue with running decca/test/mast together as you cannot source the npp. Will still be a great cycle! will just take longer to peak.

    Most welcome…i would keep caber on hand as its your first run with a 19nor just incase any prolactin issues arise. Also i think even doing 400mg test and 300npp would great results as total dosage would be higher than your last cycle.

    I’m sure @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen will have some great input tbh.

    I have been doing them with my legs together for the past year. I feel it a lot more on my hamstrings and have seen development in my hamstrings since doing it this way.

    I would say if it feels better and your seeing results keep at it!

    Have been using 25g 5/8 Orange pins for – Shoulders – Glutes – qauds
    Insulin pins – chest

    Most will say 5/8 is to short for the areas I pin…. well ive had no issues past 1.5 years.

    Pushing the oil is not to bad with a 25g orange pin.

    Big P. Im not sure what dosage your stuff is bud.

    I would say 300mg-400mg a week split into 3 Monday Wednesday Friday would be easy.

    I don’t think 2 pins a week would suffice but I might be wrong here.
