I have been working with hilly past few years.
This year doing keto in ramadan has actually helped massively.
Everyone who has not fasted before thinks its a must to eat carbs etc… After a 17 hour fast you cannot eat carbs your blood sugars literally All over the place.
This year hilly has done me a pure keto diet and I feel better.
No crash in energy. No bloating from carbs. No feeling dizzy etc.Feel alot more stable doing keto in ramadan.

Activity level this means how active you are in your day not just the gym.
Eg bricklayer = Very active
Office worker = Not very active

I have tried both methods.
I personally prefer using higher tren and a slightly lower test eg 300 test 500 tren..why? Because I feel and look better.

ECA stack is my personal favourite and is great pre workout.
I would save all these “Fat burners” for later on when you hit wall.

I used to always pin my delts before I would train them… I found it helped me mentally connect more… (not saying it made the muscle grow better)
I personally now pin before I sleep I just find it easier to be consistent this way.

Tbol defo or anavar would be great. People can say anavar is weak or whatever… I know several lads who have run anavar only cycles (Real anavar) and made great progress in 8 weeks.

I used the rice milk with my cereal while carb loading pre comp. It pretty nice mate tbh once mixed with cereal u cant tell much difference.

I always do it in the Am myself. I am sure JP mentions in a video that it really doesn’t matter when you take it.

You Should get a blood glucose monitor and take your reading before you Pin the insulin to see where you are at –
Maybe you are very insulin sensitive already and adding the Humalog is taking your Blood sugar very low.
Im sure @hilly has some good knowledge when it comes to insulin.

How long was your meal before you injected the Humalog? How did you administer it? are you sure it was 3iu? What exactly was your last meal before taking this insulin.

HBCD – Is better in my opinion. I have used both.
I find HBCD to digest better when really pushing up the intra carbs.
Also HBCD is a cone shaped molecule where most carbs are a flat shape… So possibly with this shape it could MAYBE help shuttle other nutrients eg aminos etc etc.
