I was having a similar issue – 250ML of coconut water in my intra really helped – Could be low potassium. I might be wrong but worth a try.

if you really want to push you physique to the next level then you will get over the fear of needles…
If you want to add lean size and are fixed on not using an injectable then maybe look into using Anavar.
It is still liver toxic… it will still shut you down etc…You will still have to run a pct after this cycle which will include HCG which is an injectable….

Are you working with a coach or have some to help you? you have great physique bud im sure with some guidance from some one with experience you can look VVGOOD on show day.

And for refeeds I was just told to do 4 days of no carbs and when carbs were reintroduced I was given 80 grams a day I was expecting a full refeed after that
who told you this?

7 percent body fat is pretty much lean/shredded for most imo and to be this lean 10 weeks out?
2 hours in the gym and 1.5 hours cardio is a lot!

Hi Mate.
You could do – Monday pull- Tuesday Push-Wednesday legs- Thursday off – Friday pull -sat sun off then carry on the routine the following week and start Monday doing push etc etc
In my opinion to benefit a novice more. Monday upper- Tuesday Lower – Wednesday Off – Thursday upper – Friday Lower —This will suit your week better.

Rather a pay few quid and get something more reputable. If you look through the forums you will see what
a lot of people are using including JPs log etc (He mentions which lab he is using atm)it might be bang on gear but I personally would not risk it.
