Doing cardio can help the above.

If its your first cycle you should really be making some great gains from (400mg test cyp) I don’t see the point in adding primo and using your
tools to early, save these tools for another time when you need them to go the next level.

I tested the magnus prima with a roid test and it came back as nandrolone. No wonder my mate held water on the stuff. The clen is garbage also. Magnus has not been good to me ha ha will avoid in future and its expensive stuff

I have never tried the magnus Primo so I wont comment on that but I have used the clen and found it very effective – Clen is a very cheap to make I doubt any lab would fake it tbh.

Medichecks are an accredited lab. Simple as that.

They have sent out alot of bunk results. Another thread on the forum where even kuba and @hilly both agree.

Just because they are a well known company does not mean they do not make mistakes.

Birmingham/Midlands area in general have a lot of great gyms (lots of private run gyms not mainstream etc)

Also with so many gyms in Birmingham the monthly fees are very reasonable due to competition.

Loads of shows in the midlands area also making it ideal if your doing shows etc.

How do you know your Oestrogen levels are high? have you done your bloods or are you just getting side effects which you are linking to high Oestrogen?

Lots of members on this forum will use: Anastrozole (Arimidex) or aromasin to reduce Oestrogen levels while on cycle.

I have 5 litres water a day… 4 litres in the day and 1 litre intra

I use to have a similiar issue…

Not saying you will have this exact issue but could be a simple intolerance/sensitivity to certain foods.

I removed dairy from my diet and removed any cheap whey proteins. (changed from bulkpowders 80 to dymatize iso)

Within 2 days. My Digestion improved. My bowel movements decreased which was great and became alot more routined throughout the day.

With some trial and error to your diet etc you might be able to find the issue yourself…

Also implemented Hillys morning health shake which I find helped with my Digestion etc etc

But as Hilly said above… Doctor would be the next best step.

Hi bud- My Freind had sent of the test e to chemclarity It came back just over the label claim. I will see if I can find the document and post it on here but it was a very long time ago and chemclarity no longer exist which is shit so can’t test any of the newer batches…. I have run blood work while on a cruise dosage of magnus test e. My bloods came back and suggested the test e was slightly over dosed. IF CHEMCLARITY was still. Running I would love to send of some other compounds by magnus.
Any know any newer places who can test AAS?

I have had pip before from doing a shot slightly wrong But the redness and heat you are describing is something i have never had.
Everything you have explained above would suggest to me the “Test” you are using is the cause of the pip/redness/heat most likely because
the OIL is not of best quality.

Test is cheap anyways. Throw it away and get yourself another brand.
I would rather throw away some test than get a crazy infection which would just mess me up for a good few weeks. simply not worth it my man.
