I use a 25g 5/8 in my qauds glutes and shoulders when I am on the leaner side. Once very deep into off season I will swap to 1 inch blues for glutes.

How do you know for certain it’s your thyroid? Have you run blood work? It could be something very different. Doctors is where I would be first thing before something worse happens…

I have used it in the past and seen little to no difference than when I use test E or any other ester, other than PIP is slightly greater.
If your Gear is real and you are dieting very good + training etc you will see very good results no doubt.

I myself have rarely/never do abs directly in the off season yet they get better each year on my cut. I find this to be because as I progress my compound lifts eg squat deadlift etc the abs will get stronger as I progress the weight…. For example…If I start off season getting 120kg squat for 8 and I finish my off season with 180kg for 8… I have progressed…Not just in my legs but in my abs also as they are stabilising muscle….So what is the need to hit abs directly and heavy? I find all this will do is create a thicker mid section which then is a worse r x frame look… surely we want to keep the midsection as small as we can to create a illusion.
There is also a very good video on youtube where rhodens coach speaks about ab training… he mentions how shaun will not train abs in the off season but he will very late into prep.

Rice cakes are pretty hard to eat when plain – replace with rice flakes/ground rice easier to eat not dry also.
Your diet is good but I suggest you break down your meals properly and not to “Roughly and averages” weigh stuff out to the T.

Having a coach in the off season is a key to a very good on season….
coach has a longer period of time then to learn your body and what works well and what does not.Imo off season coaching is just as important as on season.

depends on what your “normal cycle is” if you are using a 19nor compound e.g. tren or nandralone it could be from a increase in prolactin.

if you are planning on running your cycle for only 10 to 12 weeks then maybe look into NPP instead off nandrolone deccanate…. Peaks faster so will be more beneficial in a 10 12 cycle… also leaves the body faster unlike nandralone deccanate. That’s my opinion.
