Remove the milk i find milk ruins digestion in alot of people and can cause heart burn. Change for dairy free alternative
Your eating alot of fat for pre workout I would look to reduce this slightly as its going be slowly down digestion and then when you are training not everything might be digested as good so can cause some reflux.
Remove nut butter in later on meals and use a Extra virgin olive oil or mac oil.
I hope this all helps bud. The main thing Is fix digestion which will fix the reflux.

I believe this is a combo of the anadrol and the other things messing your digestion and causing acid reflux.
Tbh I would remove the anadrol asap.
I would not look to up protein it won’t help the reflux…I would simply just make it worse.
Reduce calories.
Remove drugs such as oxy.
Have 0 spicy food this makes it even worse.
Please post your diet also as this could be purely a dietary issue

When adding any anabolic in you should look to see a increase in weight/fullness.

macro wise – it depends on what time you are training and your routine bud.
I personally my self train late in the evening so i keeep my carbs highest pre and post gym.
Fats i like to keep in the start of my day as im not that active.

This is a very broad question bud –
Protein source from the following would be great
Chicken breast
Beef
Turkey
Fish
Protein powder
Eggs/whites
cottage cheese
quark
I could go on but im sure you get it….
If you are aiming for 150g protein per day TOTAL.
I would aim to hit 30g protein per meal x 5 = total 150g

I Would continue a full body split or even an upper lower split – at your age your hormones will be so high NATURALLY.
Train hard bud – Track lifts – aim to GET VERY strong and eat a ton of good food!
Try to fit in 4-6 meals a day π

if she is getting leaner every week and looking better the weight loss is irrelevant imo – this is not weight loss this is bodybuilding my man.
The anavar will be helping her to hold on to muscle and potentially even grow slightly (rare) also she will still be losing fat thats why she’s getting leaner.
I would not worry about scale weight to much here my man – the main thing is the look is getting better and better.

You look like you are on track my man – the latest pictures the lighting is so much better.
You have a few different ways to approach this – whichever way you choose should see progress if everything is nailed.
Increase cardio
Decrease food
look at adding in a small amount of clenbuterol or yohimbine to assist with the fat loss and keep cardio and food the same until you stall then make a change to cardio or food again.
But all in all i think you look on track for 11 weeks out.
Still a fair bit to shift imo but a good look so far.

Do a higher carb day for 1 day – then reduce food back to normal until holiday – this will also be great to see how you look post high day while you are on home soil.
Will love to see the look in the same lighting but after a carb day.
I would then simply go on holiday keep carbs lower as you have been – then do as you please once you reach your holiday my man – just my view π

as 1..5-2iu maximises lipolysis β you dont want any more than this at one time before cardio for example if your goal is to drop BF.
If you are trying to growth then 4-6IU MWF or EOD would IMO be more effective as it will aid in increasing IGF levels.
If your looking to use it simply for longevity and sleep/recovery then 2-3u pre bed is enough.
However we have no idea why you are choosing to use it so canβt help any more

Gaining phase i would look to add in 5IU MWF – 2.5 PRE 2.5PWO i found for myself works well in a growth phase.
