i often fluctuate alot post leg day and back day cause the amount of stress i put on the body training these.

Sleep as long as possible – so your meals are all closer together.
Keep yourself busy – i often tend to clean the house – do the garden – clean the kitchen.
Listen to podcast – Bang some black coffees – go for walks.

Sustanon250 is not that often used any more for TRT im pretty sure of it.
The drug it self seems great on paper but it does not translate to a great TRT compound.

Has anyone ever used crown pharma brand and know if its safe and efficient…????
Had client use this brand he was running 300mg test a week and bloods came back at 35 nmol….avoid.

Hi bud – try the following
Hibiscus tea x 3 a day
try this for 1 week and if no change to BP.
then try a low dosage of celery seed daily.
Keep all your natural supplements in also such as VITAL support and love heart as these will all play a good role in keeping things better.
Beetroot extract is also suppose to be good for High bp.
Baby aspirin pre bed also.

Hi bud – pleas run another Hormone blood test and make sure they include prolactin readings also. – you might be like me very high prolactin even on a small cycle – and prolactin generally thrives in a high E environment also.
if you do run blood and have high prolactin i would look to add in 200-300mg of VITAMIN B6 P5P in to lower it.
Also one of my friends who had a ton of gyno issues (he was natural) his bloods showed he had low levels of vitamin d3 so he added in 4000iu of vitamin d3 and the gyno was gone by 4 weeks. – DONT KNOW about how or the big scientific pathway but it damn worked.
I would include the following from now on into your cycles as all year round tbh as your clearly gyno prone –
vitamin b6 p5p 200-300mg
vitamin d3 4000iu
vitamin e 400iu
ashwaghanda 600-1000mg mg daily pre bed
vitamin c 1000mg daily
i have run some heavy cycles before and had gyno flare up under both nipples which me and hilly though would only be reversed with surgery – but nope since using the above over the past 4 years 0 gyno.
Primary Research is king.
i WOULD also look to get a test on your THYROID function because if this is out whack it can also cause gyno issues

If your machines are good in your gym and you connect with them – then i see no issue with this….
I have really bought up my back this year just by using more machines – alot of its the old school life fitness kit but its all brilliant and i connect with it well.
As max says – most the techno gyms and matrix kit is a bit shit lol.

300mg of test and 300mg of primo would be a great cycle bud –
This cycle will ideally not need an AI as the primo will keep the estro down.
but you will need to run blood 4/6 week into cycle and see where the levels are at –
if bloods are all good i would then look to increase the primo dosage.

i LOVE eggs but they ruin my digestion – so i dont eat them now.
I was having salmon and eggs for breakfast since i was having issues i swapped to
whey iso + sunflower seeds – same kcal etc just way better for my digestion

I would not deload here – often this far into a prep things GET VERY difficult especially when body fat is very low.
It is going to be VERY difficult to progress this deep into a prep bud along as you are holding numbers i see no issue – if you are having huge regress i would cut some sets short at this point.
Doing more at this point wont reap more benefit it will probably hinder the look,
I dont know what you training plan/split is but i would look to reduce some volume in the sessions
example – remove drop sets
remove 1 or 2 back of sets
lets say you have a total of 8 works sets and 8 back of sets i would remove it to
8 work sets 4 back of sets for example.
I dont know your split exactly so i can only give a rough guide here buddy
