    Bud the only way to find out is to try it – You could simply keep all your meal PRO FAT and just HAVE PRE AND POST gym as CARBS AND PROTEIN. this way alot of people do favour.

    I myself never got on with this way as it made my digestion very sluggish but thats me – find out and keep us updated bud.

    i dont think its detrimental to progress – along as you able carry on progressing food and it does not hinder digestion.

    Hi bud – i didn’t have covid but i got a very BAD bug and its exactly as you explain it took me 3 weeks to get back to normal again – i swapped all my food for the easiest possible alternatives this really helped.

    cream of rice + whey

    cereal + whey

    jasmine rice + breast

    try to change the food around a little bud the main thing is you try and get as much food down as possible even if its hard it will soon fix itself.

  • it crushes most peoples appetite this is the big issue.

    I myself would opt for what i believe to be a better drug either Anavar or TBOL.

    I think one of the biggest problems with doing RIR is people haven’t trained to failure or 0 RIR for long enough to even know what 1 or 2 reps in reserve feels like. Just my thoughts on it though I’m obviously not a pro like the rest of the guys but thought this might help

    I have done every fast since the age of 7. Once it got to competing me and Hilly worked on multiple different plans. To tackle this phase as fatigue is very high and tbh your not building fuck All muscle in this phase.

    Me and Hilly worked through 5 Ramadana together

    We tried multiple styles.

    The best we found that caused the most amount of fat loss. Best training performance and best muscle retention in this phase was the KETO STYLE but a bodybuilding keto so higher than normal protein.

    The reason keto works so well is…

    In Ramadan you don’t eat or drink any fluid in the day often this 15 hours and as soon as you have carbs you feel groggy and often get tired and very full.

    The keto style gets rid of any insulin spiking from carbohydrates and cause of the fasting your in ketosis alot faster than normal.

    My training was best also on the keto plan we kept all strength pretty much in range.

    I would go work 8-5 come home sleep till 8…wake do 30 minutes fasted cardio very light then break fast….hit gym…come home eat…sleep…wake at 3 30ish again to close fast.

    I found energy levels were best with this style. The days were long they did drag but the month had a great recomp effect and insulin sensitivity was also great.

    The only issue post Ramadan is controlling the rebound it’s almost impossible not to rebound and over eating post Ramadan is very fucking hard its worse than a prep.

    I would just suck it up only 13 days left be strong and pull through you will be in a better position post Ramadan to lose even more body fat just allow 2/3 week post Ramadan for your body to adjust back to normal again.

    I had my best ever comp preps post Ramadan so it tbh is a great time of year to progress after.

    KEEP you t3 and t4 in POST show for a few weeks bud as we dont want a HUGE rebound.

    I would keep it in for 6 weeks post show then look remove it.

    After 6-8 weeks body weight has started to stabilise – the change of binge/shit eating is lowered.

    then look to drop it out.

    it should take circa 4-6 weeks to come back into range – mine came back into range within 3 weeks.

    I see no issue with using winstrol for your goal –

    Guys will say certain compounds should only be used for the stage etc – but i disagree.

    Going on a stage and winning 99 pp trophy is not BIGGER than going on holiday looking absolutely sliced.

    I would add in a LOW dosage of winstrol 20-30mg last 3 weeks keep all other drugs the same and it will reap some great reward to an already lean look.

    Lean up – then go again and push weight back up – work with a coach and really get working well with a coach then when it comes to show time it will be a lot easier for you and the coach especially on a prep.

    Im sure Jordan has done a video before about esters and how they really make 0 difference to holding water.

    its your first cycle stick to TEST E OR TEST C – pin 2x a week to keep it simple and less error jabbing.

    check bloods 6 weeks into cycle and adjust if needed.

    Hi bud – this is not funny at all – having that level of water retention can cause some serious health issues.

    Unless you want to have some serious kidney and health issues the i suggest you have a word with yourself and get back on track.

    If this is to difficult i suggest you get expert help ASAP or take yourself to the hospital and let them treat the water retention if you are not willing to change your binge eating.
