Joe, what’s the difference between the upper back HS row and mid back HS row? Grip width and seat height? I imagine they are both on the horizontal seated HS row. Thanks!

JP, any reason you’ve been favoring turkey as of late? I find when calories are really high and appetite isn’t amazing that a turkey & jasmine rice meal goes down and digests the easiest (as opposed to chicken, ground beef, steak, etc.). Thanks!

Thanks for the reply JP! In your latest pull video, I noticed that Nautilus pulldown moves in a diagonal plane similar to the Hammer Strength High Row. Do you actively drive the scapula down and back (squeeze lower traps), or are your just focusing on getting the lats as short as possible? Loved that session!

JP, just curious why you perform more explosive reps on your backoff sets as opposed to more controlled eccentrics on your top sets? For example, your backoff set on incline press in your most recent push video.
