Personally i would always opt for IM – I have found almost every one gets issues when injecting it Subq.

It will still work to some extent on an empty stomach but it works better with carbs – its about looking at the benefits you are wanting from it in terms of timing etc

thanks Peter..I get lumbs in my stomach from the sub injections so I prefer IM ..and will do it preworkout with my intracarbs then..

…but always with carbs right..for the insulinspike?

Pre cardio and pre training. 200mg is a starting dose for most

When I was young we didnt have the information available like today..It waa more trial and error. I used to much..for to long. Not enough healthchecks etc. I would have uses it smarter..doses, compunds…

I’m suffering from heartissues after almost more than 20years of use and abuse. But I know that if I knew as young what I know today, I could have avoided it all with even better results. So enjoy your dream..study a lot..keep medical control. Ones you take the step..dont overdo GH and follow Jordan’s advices..less is more. Just take your training and diet to the extreme..good luck!!!

What do you mean by if you knew when you were younger what you know today?[/quote]

Hey Justin..Im on the right road already..lost like 10kg in less than 3weeks..doing lots of cardio. Im not sloud to get my heartrate up to high still but it will come. Want to totally clear out all gear first so 1month without nothing. Later I ll stick to 200mg.

And Dante helped me a lot with supps and diet..Im on APIGENIN, UBIQUINOL, CURCUMINE..and one more..cant remember the name right now..all in pretty high doses. Lookin forward to see my improvements. Feelin great already. Take care mate 🤟

Hey Rob, sorry to hear that but i think Reaching out to Dante was a good call for that issue! What i can only advice here is to implement some kind of HIIT Cardio in your routine because that helps a lot in regards to the thickened Heart wall that also often an issue with a larger heart in general! 1-2 HIIT sessions a week will have a Great impact!

Also just of curiosity, what Supplements did Dante suggested?

    Kind of regards
    Justin

Thanks Anders..that gives me lots of hope..you think 250 a week is to much for trt for now..i really wan a hold on to some size but not jeopardize my health. Dante got me on 4supps aswell and the meds from the doc. Thanks for answering man..peace🤟

i have never been as big as you, but at one point my hearth was starting to go oversize, so i did kinda what you did and started to look at diff supps to help my heart also lookin to ppl like Dante for info. I went down to a true TRT dose 120mg test cyp ew and 2iu gh and downsized for more then a year and went back in a total heart scan and all was normal, now 10 years later and several cycles later i was in last spring and had a total heart and circulatory system check as part of a Novo Nordisk sponsored research to find out steroids effect on the heart and circulatory system and my heart was slight oversized and thickend but nothing to worry about at all, they said for a 40year old guy my system was without plack building or anything like that. Currently i runBJP Heart Love200mg ekstra Ubiqionol500mg extra citrus bergamot5mg Nebivolol40mg Lisinopril1000mg citrus bergamot morning1 Life extension super K a day500mg extra magnesium at night

Thanks a lot champ..your words really motivates me. I love the hardcore lifestyle but I love my life even more..so time to get healthy..superfit and athletic and enjoy new things in life. Thanks for inspiring people and same time being a great human. I ll keep fighting..new life..new goals. Peace brother

Sorry to hear this Rob. I can’t relate personally but I have many friends in bodybuilding who have been in this position or worse. Firstly I’m glad you’ve caught this in good time to allow you to make changes.
You also think, as much as you (most of us) love being higher stronger larger then life, man there’s other goals to go for! Since I took a break from competing I’ve woken up to sooo many other cool things in life.
Plus , you can be a bodybuilder at a lighter fitter healthier weight.
Set yourself new goals, get lean, stay strong, life that lifestyle but with a new direction. See what shape you can get in without being heavy.
Once you open your eyes to what you can still achieve, and what others have done in your situation, you can direct that passion and still challenge yourself.
    Life is precious mate.
Main this is you’re still with us, and that means you can still have fun : )

Being on 800 carbs I would change the malto for cluster dextrin..with the EAAs, creatin etc and drink it intraworkout. Then have a postshake with more fast carbs when u get home. And about 1,5h after that have a solid meal with complex carbs. That way u can get more carbs in around the workout. And less for your first and last meal..just an option that works great for me..good luck

    Hey Rob

Sorry to hear about your loss I get it totally, the dogs are like family, children – probably even better than people so it’s a hard loss to handle!

Has the anxiety started just since the loss of was it prior too? Ashwaganda is great the halycon is super too. Time is a healer with this. But I do agree with Louis that if the goal isn’t to compete taking some time away from the supps that can also have a little negative effect on your thoughts and psychological well being may be a good idea. To be able to deal with everything with a clearer mind x

Thanks Meg.. I had some problems with anxiety in the past but I was at a really good happy place right before this.
After this week I will go back to TRT and do a minicut to drop some waterweight.. Got some meds from my doc but trying to avoid them if Its possible.

Hey buddy! Sorry to hear that I hope your doing ok. I lost someone very close to me a few weeks ago and I’ve been struggling also. Personally I would lay off the Anabolics for now they probably won’t do you any favours. Drop down to a TRT dose and focus on your training and nutrition. Try and train in gyms that are less crowded so you have more space to breathe. I’ve been avoiding kings lately for the same reason. It’s hard times but keep pushing on mate. 👊🏻

Thanks mate.. Yes will drop back to TRT and lower the carbs to drop some waterweight to be able to breath easier. Trying to avoid heavy meds but there are days that i need something to help me just survive the day.
Sorry for your lost..keep fighting bro’

Your crashing your E2 by the sounds of it.

I would go 600/600 and see how you feel as it seems your not keen on dropping the primo much lower.

My advice for the quickest fix would be to pull the primo totally for a week or 2 then go back in at 400mg test and 400mg primo to get E2 back up quicker.

Thanks Peter..yeahhh I’ll do that..just keep my test prop and nothin else for a week or 2. I was gonna up the test and add NPP soon..and keep the primo in. Any advice on doses. What about 800test, 600 primo and 300npp?

Well..this is still pretty low dose for me. I was on trt for 3month, now 400test+800primo and i was gonna up the dose anyway. I feel like primo only work in pretty high doses..so I ll try 700test+800primo. My bloodwork is great. Thanks for your reply Fran
