i would look into some blood work man, difficult to address the problem with just this. it could be even tired all over and you need to deload or something. i would suggest to do some blood work, might be low estrogen/prolactin or some other hormones.
Yeahhh I know bloodwork would be best but takes time here and i need a quick fix. My body is fresh..did a deload not long ago. Strength goin up and even started to rise carbs after a prep phase. I ll try to rise the test and see what happends..

I see u takin your preworkout insulin with your last meal. I normally take it when i start training and start sipping on my intracarbs..why do u prefer it that way?

Looks good to me..exept doin
the hammerpress after a tricepsfocused press. At this point you are tired in your triceps and wont get much out of the hammer. U could either change the order(maybe swift the hammer for a press that challenge more the lenghtened position) , or do the closegrip first and later just flymovements for chest.. -

I think I have not worded it correctly from the start maybe.
My natural test levels are low and I wrongly had it in my head that TRT was the way to go.
The whole point of me having my bloods checked was because I was considering a test only cycle. When they came back low, in my head I was thinking about replacing the test I’m missing but I do in fact want to raise it above the natural levels as I am wanting to gain muscle.
I’ve been training around 17-18 years but completely natural for the last 10 years.
As I said above I was thinking of doing the sustanon300 from SG, using 150mg twice a week.
Do this for 10-12 weeks and then pct and get bloods checked again.
I’ve been reading the forum over the last few weeks just trying to gain some more knowledge.

I wouldnt do the PCT though. If your natural testlevel is so low..why try to get it back. Just go down to a “real” TRT dose..around 150mg/week.

With regard to fats, what do you generally enjoy using when keeping carb-free meals?
Im doing 0carbs in meal 1. 50g meal2, 50g meal3, 50g intra, 100g post, 50g meal5 and 0g meal 6. My fat sources are whole eggs, olive oil and hemp oil, avocado, peanutbutter, coconut oil and Red meat.

I always do my first and last meal without carbs. I feel so much better in the morning without the insulinspike..its also so much easier for digestión. Carbs in the morning upset my stomach a lot.
Im now on a diet keeping my protein steady at 400. Carbs 350 trainingdays and 200 restdays. I just lowered my fat from 100 to 80. On rest days i rise it up to 100 again. -
Yep; I always stay on 100mcg T4 (=25mcg T3).
Raising T3 is totally personal… can’t say for you.
I prefer to stay on lowest doses of T3

I always use T4 + T3. T4 has a very long life and helps to keep plasma levels more stable!
T3 has a much shorter half-life and the levels fluctuate a lot (and this can reflect changes in mood, cognitive ability…)
Ok so both together in the morning? And dose? Ive just been on 25t3. If i up it to 50, should i take 100t4?

Ive heard its best takin t3 fasting in the morning and t4 at night. But if i raise t3 to 50, i need 100t4 to that?
