mine ismeal 1: 7 egg whites, 2 full eggs
cup of oats and honey
3 x raisin breadmeal 2: 150g chicken breast
cup of white ricemeal 3: 150 g rump steak
cup of brown ricemeal 4: 150g chicken or tuna
150g sweet potatomeal 5: tuna
wpi with teaspoon of natural peanut buttermeal 6 : wpi with teaspoon of peanut butter strait before bed

go look at nutrition of walnuts, how much fat is in a handful…. probably more than a whole carton of almond milk… makes no sense… just doesnt add up

in on the parts of these seminars, dr serrano explains why almond milk is so bad,,, the fat content should be much if you think about it ?? dave palumbo also said it…. not sure i trust almond milk, might give the lactose free milk a try or vannila wpi

If it was me I’d probably go back to test but lower the dosage a bit , and add another compound and hopefully exceed from synergy of the newly added compound ,, yet keep around the same dosages …eg 600 test 300 npp ,.. And go from there

^ sorry brother I disagree,, skinny fat is hormonal …could be low DHT , too many factors to pinpoint …one thing I learnt ; each year I dieted down and then lean bulked , the skinny fat dissapeared more and more each time
