should i up my cals tho more than 100 cals a week tho? or should i increase them every 2 or 3 days ?

JP LOOKthanks for the reply… 4 weeks now after diet… my lowest was 2400 cals.. so on average ive increased 125 cals a week… and yeah my last bulk i was still hungry in full blown offseason, definetly nothing uncontrollable like now haha … i will try find those vids! i havent seen them yet ! (new member) but yeh i guess thats what im getting at!!……. should i stay increasing cals very slow??,,,, or go strait back to maintence… <ive done that in past and somewhat regretted it , just makes more sense to slowly increase ; when dieting we slowly decrease , if we jump strait down to 2400 cals it will do more harm than good type thing.,,so i thought doing the same for lean bulk would be best decisions…. i want to do it the right way not the easy way… so what is the ‘right way’ lol 🙂

JP LOOKNot getting on stage , just rebounding out of diet phase very slowly ,, I want to add muscle and not spill over at all to fat …even without eq I’m like this , equipoise has just made it a bit harder in the hunger department lol

ive done that during cut and had no liver issues at all?? wasnt even using milk thistle ?? is the liver toxity from nolva enough to make an impact??? in fact since taking nolva my liver has got better according to blood results ??

im glad this question was asked ….saw a facebook post from JP saying the HBCD were making hes clients sick…. has this been fixed ?? is the hbcd g2g now??

And eating is no problem at all, I honesty think I could eat 5k clean cals no problems – but I’d just get fat lol

very good question!!! jordan, for a 5’10 man, is it true you can only get to around 98kg at say 6% bf without hgh? and after that you need hgh to push weight above ? then if plateau occurs you add slin ?

after hours of research from studies and countless bloods ive found on forums of people getting bloods taken with caber and tren
ive come to the conclusion that prolactin and progesterone work in a inverse reaction to each other … prolactin will drop when using caber, and that in return will make progesterone rise
either way , having my prog this high is great, im loving it … i think it may even have a mild diuretic effect..
hopefully this can help out others with the same problem

out of curiousity, howd you find out it was umblical hernia? did it start with pains ? or could you see it ? is it the look of the belly button ?
