ahhok i wish i could do that , only trouble id have is the aspirating part .. its much harder for me because i am a t- rex with little arms…. do you think yous will ever be able to make vids on this ? even if the actual injection isnt on the vid ?

Not using intra carbs at the moment James , the only reason I’m not is because id prefer more solid foods outside of work out , I don’t get massive dump of energy if that’s what you mean ? Sometimes I need to do a massive dump during training come to think of it hahah , I will try swap around pre and post meals and see how goes , but I was really loving my rice bubbles pre and my train of thought was I’d be burning it off as it was my only unclean meal of the day , I get very vascular and pump during workout since doing rice bubbles pre though … I have a feeling I store enough glycogen anyway ? I usually thought simple carbs after workout just left me feeling bloated (maybe Paranoia though )

James when doing lats and delts do you aspirate ?
Also when doing lats do you needle in from the side (left arm on right shoulder , pinned into left lat) (needle directed towards other lat) or arm rested raised above head and directly into front of Lat ( needle heading towards back ) -
Thanks everyone , would adding a GDA make pre simple carbs make even more sense ? As its shuttling the protein /eea ‘s/creatine into the muscle ? Or am I just overthinking now haha

Yeh ? Even if that meal is rice bubbles with chicken and rice ? Would presume the rice bubbles would be better suited minutes after workout / (or pre lol)
My intra drink is eaa too and creatine not bcaa soz …no carbs intra workout as of yet .. -
Ahok I should of asked is there any negatives of having simple carbs before workout ?
I do understand what yous are saying , the only thing is I won’t have a chance to get those simple carbs in to atleast 45 – 60 min after workout (due to picking up kids from school) and I thought that may be too late and may as well just eat a solid meal of chick and rice by that time -
Ok cool, what’s the main reasoning behind this? I have tried both pre and post swapped, but I felt rice bubbles (simple sugars pre) gave better pump/ more energy ,,, and strait after gym I usually go pick up my kids from school , so it’s a solid hour after gym I have a chance to eat again ..

Yes ghrp6 cjc1 if used correctly although I wouldn’t bother just use gh
ahhok just curious more so if people are faking generics using ghrp6 and cjc1 .. .so that when people gets blood taken the results are making it seem like real gh when infact its those peptides .. so therefore its still really hard to know if the gh is fake unless your getting it direct from chemist ?

ive had bloodwork on sdrol and it definetly raised my liver values more than anything ive ever had bloods on
it also screwed my lipids worse than anything else too … -
ive heard those with puffy nipples (no solid lump) have had their nipples pierced and this somehow got rid of the puffiness even after taking the piercing out ,, any truth to this ?
and also what if nipples are puffy, low bodyfat, estro and prolactin in check, and no hard lump? what then ?

hey kuba do you know anyone who does use tren in offseason and pre comp ?
ive had bloods taken using it offseason and on, and it doesnt negatively effect me that bad ? although im always strict with diet and health..
in saying that ive used deca and it made my body a bloofy mess, but ive never used npp…..
so im not sure whether i should use npp this offseason or go with what i know works great for me (test, tren, eq) ?
what do you think ?
