You have run back and legs for 3 weeks and you were still progressing in lifts with no loss in performance. In the previous post you explained yes you did this because of “fatigue managment”. So my question below.
Was it a pre emptive move because you were climbing up in the fucked scale you explained and did not want to over reach or because of the strains you were experiencing mentioned in the video from deadlifting and pulling every other day? Or was this toggle planned beforehand. Thank you sir respectfully.

Hi, would definitly check out physio but here are what will help. Start from ground up
A) are you putting weight more on one foot then another check c
B) are you flat footed? Do you need orthotics? If you use them have they become worn out?
C) Check for weakness in the glute medius and the glute max. Perform clams on both sides and see if there is a difference. Perform also single leg bridges. Release tfl and do clams and bridges progress to hip thrusts.
D) Do you spend time shifted on one side on a desk? Check for tightness on the ql. Reach to side on the left and right. Is there a difference? Release ql perform side planks on the opposite side of the shift
E) neck and shoulder position is one shoulder higher then the other? Go back to c.
F) is there a rotation of the spine to one side which is biasing the ammount of pressure you do on your feet? Do thoracic rotations.
Hope this helps

I think it is too much. Hope this is not your idea of a first cycle cause you need way less to grow first time.
