    278.2 , pull day with Corinne . Tmo is 2 weeks cruising and no real change in look or body weight , surprising , but I am training my fucking ass off. There are 2 phases were I find another level with my training . Last 4 weeks of a prep – I am mentally so ruthless in that moment that strength never drops , im running on pure rage the whole time, mostly driven from previous failings and how angry I am with myself for letting myself down . And then a cruise, as I think , am I fuck giving up any of this muscle I have worked so hard for. The rest of offseason, growing just happens really , eat ur meals; progress ur lifts – job done. But those 2 phases are when ur body will fight u , and just don’t let it beat u

    Add superdrol and halo on top of the thoughts of previous failings and you’ll literally be picking the entire gym up. I’ll have my first halo experience in just over a month. I’m excited!

    But in answer to what I think you mean, yes I have always pushed very hard each off season from the very start, I was first onstage at around 150 pounds , I wanted to be 250 , only way to make something like that happen I knew was to get to 300 pounds . I knew it would take me 10 years or so to do it, so I didn’t waste any time being a pussy in offseason and letting it being hard to carry weight hold me back.

    Out of curiosity, when was the last time you’ve done PCT and gone off? I know it’s been a long long time and your cruise dose is now at a higher than normal TRT. But I’m curious your weight and how long ago you last came off.

    I’ve only fully come off once in the last 3-4 years before I decided to cruise instead. I put a lot of thought into it every time I finish a cut or a massing stage to come off and see if more receptors get created due to your body being unable to find testosterone for your body to use(recent video Dave P. had on RX muscle).

    Sorry if this is something you’ve covered over and over again. I missed it if you have.

    Jordan, those wide grip Romanian deadlifts were ridiculous! Tried them after your IG post and wrecked. I did them on leg day and didn’t realize how much it would kill back. Would you toss it early in a back workout or later if width is the biggest goal of back training right now?

    It was great seeing you on stage Jordan. Wish we could have seen a posing routine and everything with it and not just the madatories. I remember you mentioning your front lat spread you felt isn’t one of your stronger poses. Is that the same with the front double? You didn’t do that pose either, so I was assuming so. Haven’t seen you really ever in that pose in past pics.

    100% with you Jordan on EQ. Cosmetic look when you’re very lean and helps with hungry when taken at a super high dose. Anything under 800mg for me and it’s been pointless. Strength and training I notice nothing from it. EQ is something I don’t intend on purchasing ever again.

    Patiently waiting for Nick Trigili to release his podcast with you in it. Curious to see the back and forth because I think Nick has a different training philosophy than you do.

    Brilliant interview with Dave. Have to laugh a little how he forgot you two worked together…..and the 2 hours of cardio all at once(would hate life lol).

    Found an old thread on the Professional Muscle forums Mike Arnold and co. were talking about doses. Unless using bunk SD, you can maybe last a couple days on 50mg. Most said they never tried 75mg because they couldn’t build the dose up high enough. It’s some rough stuff after a couple days and the lethargy you’d likely get from 100mg would likely keep me in bed all day.

    Rotties, that’s 20/25mg pre and post. So 40-50mg total 🙂

    Have you had any issues with digestion while running super drol? I’ve read mixed things online on what to expect from legit super drol. I remember the days of the prohormone version of sdrol that it would destroy my digestion.
