ProjectAD Heart Plus and Liver Plus are great and honestly should be staples year round.

Pink salt on all whole food meals. Depending on your intra workout supplementation, you likely won’t need to add sodium.

If you’re gaining roughly 1lb a week on 500g of carbs, then maybe protein needs to get increased more. How much protein do you have daily? Might also just be hard training as to why you’re not gaining as fast on such high carbs.

Bulking isn’t as much about the drugs as it is about your training and diet. But as far as drugs go, what kind of experience do you have with steroids and doses? Those are high doses to be starting out with unless you have something like 5+ years of using gear.

Jordan has a video on arms. Main priority is building strength on your compound exercises and increasing your bodyweight. If you can do dips with 2-3 plates for reps, you won’t have small triceps.

2 days a week. You need fulls days off if you’re truly training to failure

I asked this question in Jordans log. His was made by someone and given to him. Jordan wasn’t aware of any places to find these except maybe the brand/manufacturer of the equipement.

I too really want to find a place to buy a one of these for a reasonable price!

Agree with just increasing food. If you’ve only gained 8lbs in 8 weeks, you have a lot of increasing of food to work with. If your strength and weight plateaus, that’s when you increase the dose.

Both sets and rep ranges are very important. Rep ranges will determine how heavy you will be lifting. You cannot lift your 90% 1 rep max for 15-20 reps.

Your place is going to be so spotless, you’ll run out of things to clean 🙂

What does your training look like? Split? Exercises per bodypart? Working sets per exercise?

If you’re feeling this way after 3 weeks, I feel you might be hitting the lifting sessions a bit too hard and your body is not recovering between sessions.

If you’re just recently coming off a show, add in calories at a very slow rate. Adding them in fast is when bodyfat gains increase.

    I’m currently reverse dieting to a bulk…..

Preworkout meal: 1 cup oats + 2 scoops whey

Preworkout shake: I combine a preworkout with caffeine and a stimulant free preworkout to get the benefits of energy, focus, and pumps. Also add 3g taurine.

Intra: 25g hydro whey, 37g HBCD, all the other goodies from ProjectAD’s Raging Full + 2.5g creatine

Post workout meal: 60-70g protein, 150-200g carbs
Usually use protein powder and a combination of cereal, bagels, english muffins, and poptarts for carbs.

If your lifts were stalling, then you’d want a refeed. You said it sounds like lifts are progressing but you’re feeling fatigued. This means you should consider deloading or taking a full week off and let your body rest up.

Jordan typically does backoff sets. I don’t think they are advised in the articles he put out or if he was doing them at the time. Seems like he really likes doing them now as per his log. I’m a big fan of them just as a finisher for that exercise. Plus Jordan always says you need to progress through multiple rep ranges. I’d say add in a backoff set for the earlier exercises in your routine and towards the end, only do the one working set.

    Example:
Rope Pullovers on back day – this is one of my last lifts.
My back has been hit hard already, so I usually only do 1 set.

But something earlier in the workout like bent over rows – 1 working set 5-10 reps and 1 backoff set 10-15 reps.
