Dealing with any tendinitis? I saw straight bar cable curls and I instantly started feeling mine. Straight bar anything for curls are sadly out for me and I’ve been lucky to have zero tendinitis since.

Just saw your Ronline interview…brilliant interview Jordan! Reading forums, I feel a lot of people still aren’t aware of you and your approach, so interviews like that can really benefit many when they learn how to really train lol. Now you just need to interview with Dave on RX 🙂

You folks questioning super drol, look at your situation to see if it really warrants utilizing super drol…..
-If you’re in a growth phase and your lifts have stalled, where’s your intake currently? If you’re eating a ridiculous amount and sacrificing condition at the cost of high bodyfat levels.
-In prep and losing strength but also having trouble dropping bodyfat.
^those would be two situations I’d personally use super drol. If you can get away with increasing food to get more strength without sacrificing condition resulting too high of bodyfat, then I’d opt to take advantage of food as your anabolic before using a tool like super drol.

As Jordan said, lethargy really sucks. But when you’re in the gym, your strength is ridiculous! You legit need to be careful with your strength on super drol because chance of injury increases.

Hope this helps and less super drol questions come up for Jordan. Questions beyond this, you need to decide if you want to try it yourself or pass.

That feel when Jordan is hitting 6 plate deadlifts for 12 reps, calling it lighter and I’m going for my first ever 6 plate pull today.

Killer session! Can’t believe you’re not on a bunch of caffeine or pushing any orals

With a big drop like that, does that mean you’ll eat up quite a bit to watch the weight go up and then drop back down further in a couple days/week? I’m trying to figure your method at when you eat up after a drop. In my cuts, I always got super flat and that’s because I’m focused on a slow decrease on the scale and my problem was not refeeding/eating up enough.

Those IG pics, looking fantastic! You looked like you had a lot of fullness in those shots. Cannot wait to see the finished product and how you compare to everyone. Would really like to see you finally get more notice and an Olympia qualification.

May not have won or even saw winning as the goal those years but you get the stage experience and I’m sure that helps a lot on show day for you and even your clients. Maybe take 2 of those years out for a longer gaining phase, but in the long run, I think it makes you much smarter now based off experience and different applications. I’m sure it’s helped a lot of your clients get wins based off input you learned from your preps. And also got your name out there for all this to happen 🙂

I know sometimes food intake can end up increasing going into the show just due to the metabolism speeding up like crazy and depending on what fat burners are being used. Have you had that with any of your recent preps or think this prep could end up going that way? Sounds like your body is responding well to the extra food recently.

Were you able to look a bit more full since the recent adjustments or still struggling with fullness? Losing fullness I think is one of the biggest mindfucks during a cut. That as the pump that lasts for the first few sets and then fades away real quick.

Glad you threw up a progress pic on IG. Hope to see them regularly. If you’re anything like the way I am, regardless of condition, never like putting progress pics up. But it’s great for us following your log and prep to see the changes week to week, day to day.

Dan, you need to look at your food choices and utilize what digests well with your body. The higher calories get, the more uncomfortable you will feel. Need to make food choices based on digestion. Adding more to an intra workout drink can get in more calories pretty easily if your body can handle it. Increasing the drugs really won’t be the right call here. Food drives the quality weight gain. Increasing drugs will have you dropping the weight as soon as you lower your doses.
