Charles Glass was one I’ve heard say that it’s neccessary to get out of shape in order to pack on the propor mass to get in shape for the future. However idk if that’s a good method to be packing on the mass since the higher bodyfat levels get, the more insulin resistance your body builds. I don’t use gh or slin, but am enhanced(have run and plan to run things like test, deca, tren), so unsure how much of a difference that might make in my particular case.
JP, I know you’ve gone up to 300+lbs. I know you likely ended up having a good amount of fat to shed after that massing phase. Would you say that was neccessary to push that far and hard to put on a good amount of the size you have now? Or just constant bulk and cut cycles for life until having the amount of mass I’m happy with?
