    For anybody else curious on the waist trainer Jordan got from Santi, Santi said he is releasing his own waist trainer in a couple weeks. So keep an eye on his IG if interested in the one Jordan is using.

    Specific waist trainer you’d recommend from amazon? I’ve looked at them and I’m not sure which to take seriously. I don’t like to wear lifting belts the entire session, so a waist trainer appeals to me for keeping concentration on my midsection.

    Increase food even more. Protein and fat increase will be easy and you should pack on weight pretty easily off those. Can use eggs, nuts, peanut butter for fats. Get yourself over 300g protein with upping the protein in each meal(increase from 6oz to 8oz for example) or tossing in an extra shake or two.

    If the weight you add from that starts looking soft, then it’s time to pull back.

    If your lifts are still increasing and scale weight goes up without upping test, you can stay at 500 test. If you hit a plateau, then try the 750 along with a food increase and sit there for awhile. Increasing doses will play a role on weight like you said with nitrogen retention and water. If you increase test and don’t feel a benefit after a month, you know not to go high test next time and use other androgen’s to increase size and strength.

    Two things……

    If peptopro is expensive, just go with a hydro whey. That little bit faster absorption honestly shouldn’t make a noticeable difference unless you are unable to digest hydro whey. I’ve gotten up to 75g with no issue and I just buy unflavored from True Nutrition. I’m from the states and that’s the best quality source we have(Dante Trudels company).

    When I’m trying to maintain or gain mass, I’m using hydro whey.
    When I’m cutting and trying to drop, I use EAA’s.
    That’s a very simply way to alter calories slightly.

    But the overall answer to your question Muto is you can get as involved as you want with your intra. Now that Redcon1 released Grunt, I’m positive Jordan will be using Grunt + pepto pro. A lot of people that utilize intra drinks like Jordan and Scott Stevenson have both. Some only have 1 of the two. Get as creative as you want with it and with how much you’re willing to spend on your intra.

    Would you mind doing a video at some point on M Tren? I rewatched your oral videos and m tren wasn’t really mentioned regarding experience, dose, recommendations when you’d use it.

    I like both. sdrol absolutely blows my strength up but also does a number on my digestion. oxy seems more mild for strength for me but doesn’t affect my digestion as much. Instead of straight oxy, I prefer doing oxy+dbol at the same time. Can get more out of lower doses.

    I’d personally drop the idea of mast. No unnecessary compounds that aren’t helping imo since they will just work against your health. Test and deca is my favorite bulking compounds. NPP if you’re worried about water retention(likely wise since you’re considering some watery orals). I’ve taken both dbol and adrol alone and together and prefer them together preworkout. I can get more out of them together at a lower dose than when running separate.

    If appetite or digestion takes a hit after adding orals, drop the dose or drop all together.

    I made the mistake of injecting on the lower part of my quad and close to the knee early on. Always hit something, painful, soreness for days. Go higher on the quad. You might hit some blood vessels still but not to the point you should be seeing a bruise.

    What’s the inj frequency you’re doing with NPP? I’ve never used it before and planning on it within the next couple months. Just curious since it’s a shorter half life than deca which I’ve used plenty before.

    Deca/NPP are excellent strength and mass builders. Tren is fantastic for dropping body fat yet also the strength and size. It’s really based off preference and I prefer saving tren for cuts.

    Enjoy the trip to Australia. Do you have any trips to the US on your schedule in the future? I’d road trip to whatever event you attend, or fly. Road trips are kind of a pain lol
