Thanks Jordan, thanks Joe! Yes, tren hex was what I meant. I’ve noticed the sides seemed to hit a bit worse with tren ace and tren e was no problem at all. Noticing all that from 300mg makes it sound like it’s worth experimenting with just to see if I’d have a similar reaction as you did Joe, or if I’d feel no difference like Jordan mentioned. Due to the longer half life, expect a bit more water.

I like the modified title 🙂

I believe in the past you mentioned you’re not big on research chemicals/peptides. If you cannot afford real GH, is there any alternative you’d recommend that could yield somewhat similar effects?
Btw those triple drops on leg extensions look beyond brutal!

You might not have to use clen at all. It completely depends how your body responds to the diet and training. Being your first show, focus on getting lean without clen/t3 this time around. Utilize during future shows if needed.

I’ve never used NPP, only deca. What do you notice while on NPP that you’d prefer it over deca?

They are useful at both times when taken before carb meals. Stay sensitive for longer during the offseason and enhance carb utilization during a cut.

While getting strong is a priority and should yield the most growth, I don’t find that to be the case with arms. Very heavy curls and heavy weighted dips under 8 reps haven’t really done anything for me beyond a certain point of growth. Rest of my body keeps growing but arms stopped. I’ve found much better success lifting as heavy as you can in the 10-14 rep range while maintaining strict form. Form is very big, do not throw the weight, keep constant tension while progressing weight slowly at that higher rep range.
Arms suck to grow! Without genetically good arms, they take a lot of hard work and patience.

Watch Jordan’s video on SARMs. Pretty sure Jordan’s opinion was the same as mine when I watched it months ago and that it’s not worth the money.
Much like others have mentioned in regard to orals, if you’re afraid of needles and won’t be injecting, then you’re not ready. Orals shouldn’t even be taken during your first and maybe your second cycle. And you always want an injectable base for the reasons Dean mentioned above.

Figured. Thanks Dean!

Sorry, this is not a question regarding your log, more-so about my training and how you’d adjust with regards to your lifting style.
Your approach has worked VERY well for me and my training. The only thing I feel I’m yet to do is cut down a little on volume. I follow PPL like you do, however, example being push day, I perform 3 exercises for each muscle group(chest, shoulders, tri’s). Pull day consists of back and rear delts performing 4 back exercises and 2 for rear delts. Adding in extreme stretching at the end as well. Sessions tend to get quite long even doing just an all out working set and a backoff set per exercise. Do you feel it’s necessary to cut back on that amount volume if the overall goal is strength progression across rep ranges and muscle growth? I want to make sure I’m not falling into the trap of long sessions and volume that works against growth and strength.
As always, thanks a bunch Jordan! Rock my JP hoodies every pull day to try and get extra anabolic on heavy deadlifts

I like the approach you’re taking with just reading how your body is reacting and how you mentioned you’re relaxed but training hard. It’s very important to keep stress low and when you’re relaxed, I feel like that goes a long way in helping a person train harder.

Hey Sas, I’m sure this was asked and answered a couple times, but I’m not seeing it. Currently in your offseason, are you training calories/macros or do you eat instinctively.

Ran Cratus Labs Cardarine last year and really enjoyed it. Before that, I’ve also had it from Centurion Labz(Guy Cisternino works with them) and I really enjoyed that one as well.

Looks like your show this past weekend had a great turn out and just looked to overall be a success. Congrats! I know you put a lot of hard work into it.
