    Easing back into it slowly?
Pains from the heavy lifting you were doing with Jordan gone now?
Any plans as to when you’ll be picking up and training with Jordan again?

Those tough grueling sessions keep the weight gain to mostly quality tissue.

Any chance we will get another run of shirts and hoodies anytime soon? Love what I ordered and wanting more and other colors 🙂

Liking the game plan Jordan! No reason to go into a show when you know you can still improve from where your at. No need to push extra hard to peak when screw yourself for trying to peak again for another show. Going for that condition that drew everyones eyes to Bonac at the Olympia? He was without question 100% on his peak Friday night. Faded a tad bit on Saturday. But that was one of the best and perfect ‘nailed it’ type peaks I’ve seen in the men’s open in awhile. Can’t wait to see the package you’re bringing to the stage!

James, that’s when Jordan rotates exercises and comes back to it later. That’s the only option if you can’t play with food or drugs.

After all that heavy training with Jordan and then the non-stop training for years before that, your CNS system must have loved that time off. I think that burnout occurs when CNS is shot. That fresh feeling when coming back is great, just be prepared for soreness after the first couple workouts.

Sorry if this is bringing up a sad subject, but figured I’d ask if you ever met Dallas before or had any good memories with him?

I met him at the Arnold in 2015 before he ever even did a pro show. Very nice but I didn’t really know who he was and after meeting him I did my research and found out he was the youngest pro at the time. Then met him again in June when he guest posed here at a local show in Wisconsin. I think that’s the first time pictures of him got out that he was 330lbs and in surprisingly good condition for that weight. Took some very cool pictures and video of him posing with a 16 year old physique competitor that was 120lbs. Size difference was funny and he made the kids day. Awesome and very very nice guy!

Not giving ProjectAD Revenous a run for digestion and gut health? I’ve been using it for several months now and it’s an excellent supplement for reducing bloat and stomach distress with larger meals.

Jesus, legs are looking super lean already! If I recall pictures from your last show, better separation and deeper cuts already.

You won’t be able to train with Jordans approach if you’re only working out 3 days a week because you’ll need to adjust Jordans PPL routine to have more volume in it. A full body would be a better approach if you want to lift like Jordan does by going until failure and doing a loading set and a back-off set.

    Low frequency = increased volume
    High frequency = lower volume

And you didn’t even have to wear the waist trainer this year. I haven’t seen you mention it at all but did you do anything different for the smaller waist or just a result of not getting as heavy this year?

Jordan, would you say this has been your best prep yet from an ease in which weight is coming off and continuing to hit workouts harder? I think staying a bit lighter this year(staying under 280lbs) has really helped judging from your log.

I’ve always had a tough time with the super slow cut aproach, but I’ll be giving it a try again after my bulk.

Kevin, look back a couple pages and Jordan mentions exactly what he eats and when. Preworkout, intra workout, post workout, post post workout. I don’t think anybody is going to have a 500g carb meal 🙂
