However whats the cycle to be? Are you in general prone to gyno ? Why not design the cycle to be more E2 lowering

You would be the first person I have come across that ate to much and developed gyno but if you think that was defo the cause then your all good [/quote]

I go with
Wait 4 weeks clearance time
5000iu HCG split MWF for 4 weeks – Total 20000iu
Then clomid – 100mg per day for 5 days followed by 25 days at 50mg
Tamoxifin – while running clomid – 20mg per day meal.
This I have found is the simplest way of running a PCT and IME works over and over again if the HPTA is able to recover
So nothing when im on cycle?

A lateral deltoid injection should not effect this at all

Hello Romeo, I would take the decision(or not) to eat more according to how the shape is looking alike and not what protocol u do
So assess the shape and see what your body need/will need at that time
I just wondered if your maintaince calories increased on steroids

depends on how you feel, I do more, depends on the exercise selection too. if you feel great then your doing it right.

Test P can cause a little more unstable / harder to control environment

One man’s too much, is another man’s too little. It depends on how much cardio you’re on right now. If it’s 0, then most would stay that’s too big a jump, if it’s 1 hour then that’s not as bad an increase if it’s 30 minutes, and split across the day, plus, it’s walking.
Without knowing your lifestyle, job etc, it’s hard to pinpoint if something is too much.
If you’re staying strong, and your training sessions aren’t being negatively impacted, and you’re making steady fat loss progress, then you’re fine
I walk about 8000-10000 steps everyday.
I walked for 45 minutes 4 days ago and it felt awesome and didnt Get any fatigue.
But i am wondering if my muscles gone be too tired

whats your body comp? have you got pics? whats your calories & macros, whats your output at steps & cardio?
We dont know enough here. training, sleep, recovery all good?Maintance right now about 2555 Calories, cardio 1 a week bien about 450 calories, the calories i am eating is 2160.
Training, sleep and recovery is perfect
Steps everyday without cardio is 8000-10000 -
So i can swap out lag press of i only want squats?

If you started training 16/17 and are super serious till 19/20 then i see no issues with starting your first cycle then personally.
However if your still making good progress then I would want to ride that our for as long as you can before taking the step.
That being said its truly your personal choice – there is no right or wrong answer here just what we advise may be ideal and then what you decide you want to do and when.
Personally I did not take enough time to cover all things 100% before jumping on cycle. I was also still not covering all things 100% when I did. Pretty sure I was around 18 when I did my first one.
So I try and advise people to do much better than I did
Yeah i would much rather Get as much as i Can of natural then as much as i Can out of my first cycle.
I Get out of school at 19 that is Why i though it might be ideal but if u advice to wait till 20 i think i will do that
