Push 2 went down this morning, very good session for a change as my strength with push work increases! Didn’t have any sleep post nightshift as I prepare for a good nights sleep tonight so didn’t expect much from the session but it was very good!
Took Alice for Tapas this afternoon, came home and chilled, got straight back on plan, no harm done. My body is so ready to rest tomorrow! -

Very good pull session today, Ally pushed food up with my highest days being push and arm days as they’re the areas that I’m “weakest”.
Nightshift number two now, days off are just around the corner! Other than training today it was chill, haircut with little Rio and that was about as exciting as it got. -
Arms/delts/abs today and it has well and truly wiped me out! Feels like I’m pushing harder in each session, like I’m hitting new levels each time I train and I absolutely love it!!
First nightshift tonight too though so that probably contributes to some of my tiredness but other than that it’s all good!!

Ally’s pushed food up now to over 3000 calories, I’m absolutely over the moon ?
Body weight was at 85.4 this morning when I got in from nightshift, had a coffee and some oats then went and hit pull. Very productive session! Did some posing when I got home, Ally asked for a front lat so I compared it to my first ever one and the results blew my mind and also embarrassed me a little ? I’ll post the comparison below!Got the little man over for a sleep over this weekend, looking forward to actually seeing Alice this weekend too ?. Happy Friday everyone!!

Check in and arms/delts day as well the last of 4 nightshifts before my days off start tomorrow. So all in all it’s a pretty great day ?
Expecting a decent jump in food when Ally does my feedback as my weight has actually dropped this week. Tighter and looking bigger/fuller but scales going down, beyond excited to grow with what I’ve got at the minute! Currently seeing the best progress of my life

Ally let me off the leash yesterday to end the deload. Deloads are hellishly boring however it was absolutely, 100% needed and I was grateful for the little bit of extra time during the week for client set ups etc!

Deload days are very uneventful. Longer lie for nightshift tonight, client check ins, meal prep and a clothing sample was about as exciting as it got today. Leg is a bit dead from my first ever quad jag yesterday but I’m chomping at the bit for the deload to be over!!

It’s been a few days since I’ve updated my log, life is coming at me thick and fast at the minute!!
New YouTube video went live today so if anyone sees my log, please pop over and have a look! Did some posing with one of Kuba’s clients Kenny, man’s an absolute gent and gave me so many pointers!!Weight this morning was a whopping 87.9kg, nearly 2kg up on yesterday ? but then we did have an off plan meal last night and my legs are in absolute tatters after the session for the vlog on Saturday. I always go that little bit harder when there’s a camera on haha!
Clients are flying with their programs, nearing the end of the level 3 PT qualification, life is good!! -
Where are the days going!?
Midweek rest day again, much needed too. Moved sessions around this week to hit legs at the weekend with Alice so did pull yesterday and it was brilliant! Had a bit of PIP in my lat which wasn’t enjoyable but the whole session was very good as a whole and I’m loving the regular changes I’m seeing in my body at the minute! Nightshift last night was chilled, one more to do tonight and then it’s rest days, praise the Lord. -
Push after work on Saturday was ok, it’s sometimes hard just to get fired up after 12 hours at work but, it got done!
Very quiet rest day yesterday, 12 hours at work, off plan meal after that with Alice, late night for getting into nightshift tonight!
Push 1 went in today, the frustration with pushing movements is still there, hoped the weakness would have started to die down a bit with the extra food and what not, obviously not! But, we move.

Past couple of days training have been decent! Nothing monumental but steady progression across the board during both the arms/delts and the pull sessions, have put the arm session on my YouTube so if anyone sees my log and fancies checking it out I’d be very appreciative!
