85.2kg today, around nightshifts my weight always fluctuates a bit more than normal. Will see it level out over my days off now but I’m hoping for more food from Ally!!

Push today was a bit shit, just one of those sessions where everything felt 10x heavier than last time around, it’s fine though. We keep on moving. Client check ins today too, a nice chilled evening with my son is on the cards while Alice is training!

Checked in yesterday, some very good feedback from Ally, he’s very happy. Looking forward to pushing the food up next week and getting to work on this gaining phase! Weight is hovering at low 84kgs.
Pull yesterday was nice, push today was even better which is unusual given that push is by far my weakest area.

I use almond milk for mine, it’s good and has less calories than actual milk if you don’t have the calories to play with

I think that seems to be a general trend, the leg stops working after pinning there haha! I know of people who use smaller needles if they’re going into the quad, might be worth trying that?

I think with many things that we do it’s best to be consistent so whatever you pick, so I’d say stick with what you’re doing and do it well. I’ve always used MyFitnessPal and it tracks all protein, trace and direct sources

If I’m not training until later in the day so not having carbs earlier in the day I usually just have bacon medallions with eggs for my first meal or if I want red meat I’d maybe have steak or a lean burger with eggs but smoked salmon is a good option too, zero fat Greek yogurt with whey and berries is a quick tasty option too

Yesterday’s leg session with Laurie and Alice was mental, brutal! But one of the best sessions I’ve ever had, you’ll always think you’re working the hardest until you meet someone working harder than you or that pushes you a little harder! The pendulum squat took my soul! Was up sharpish for push 1 at PureGym again this morning, PlayZone this afternoon and an 11 hour journey home tomorrow, what a thought!!

Hit an early pull session yesterday morning post nightshift pre 11 hour drive into englandshire getting us into bed for about 1230 last night. Pull session felt very nice and it didn’t hit me how tired I was until Alice and I got up at half 5 this morning to go train at PureGym, decent push session all things considered! Prepped some food and we’re off to Ingoldmells for the day, Rio is absolutely buzzing, happy weekend everyone

Yeah I’m with Clare, if you can’t stomach food in the morning look into adding an intra workout or adding more to your existing intra.

I make mine in the microwave. I add boiling water from the kettle to my oats, I like mine quite watery so I maybe add a bit more water than some, cook for 3 minutes, stir, add frozen cherries, cook for another 2 minutes then with my whey I make a paste with the whey and some cold water then add it on top! On rest days I add in a square of dark chocolate and some peanut butter

    84.3kg

First nightshift tonight, getting ready for travelling tomorrow, it all just seems non stop at the minute!! Meal prep for today and tomorrow done, took about 30 minutes or so, blows my mind that people don’t meal prep or think it can take ages!
Took check in photos this morning for Ally too, I feel fucking outstanding!

About to get my pre workout meal in and go hit arms and delts! Happy Thursday everyone.

    84.5kg this morning
Legs last night was decent, always worth videoing sets to double check form, smith squats felt good but watching the video back it appears they were too fast so we’ll need to sort that next week! Welcomed rest day today, second day shift, stuff to get ready for going away on Friday after work, busy old rest day so it is!!

84.3kg on the scales today, I’m fairly confident Ally will pump food up on Friday as weight is holding steady around mid 84s

Push sessions aren’t my bag at all, without a doubt the weakest workout for me which pushes me that little bit harder to progress it and make it a strength. I’ve noticed a huge upshift in intensity since I started paying less attention to my phone between sets and can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done for my training so far, we were in bed by half 9 last night which was unheard of for us previously after an evening session!
Tonight after work I’ll hit legs, absolutely ready for it!
