Hi folks, I have tried training as first exercise (after warming up), and later in the session. Not lifting too heavy, I have tried heavy, and lighter.

I have the same issue, I get up around 4am and in the gym asap from then. When I naturally wake during the night for the toilet anytime from 12:30-2:30 I eat a premade meal of oats/whey/peanut butter and go back to sleep. Wake up and train after a litre of water/salt and a preworkout

I didn’t realise until I noted these macros down… just how much lower my NTD food is than the TD food, is there too much of a gulf?

Appologise I don’t have any prep hacks with recipes, apart from make your food with love so it is nice and tastey!
Myself and Nathan both love our COR after it’s been in the fridge, and we are really liking our oats cold at the moment too!

With a week to go shall I start creeping carbs back up now or continue in deficit and start with the carbs on holiday when relaxing the diet with family?

I thought it odd which is why I dropped it, I have run var twice before without these symptoms and got good results. It’s from my usual reputable source and, Rohm packingaging looks genuine. May get it tested then. Thanks

Am/pm on rest days and pre workout (after pre workout meal but before training) on training days. Going to try with food at all times I think

It’s whether there is any benefit in that small time scale to increase kcals to then reduce them again
