I have literally just started the exact same protocol through the ledger clinic – I found it extremely difficult / impossible to draw up in the insulin needle – how does one back load?

You defo should not go against doctors advise.
If you are worried then get a second opinion.
We can’t advise against a doctors medical prescription
Surely he would be giving you pins n telling you what to do ?
Or what are you paying for ?
Thanks for the reply, it’s through the ledger clinic, they provide prescription and the patient sources the necessary bits. I am planning on following this protocol for a few months with a view to increasing the dose if I am unsatisfied with the result

Hi Corrine, thanks for reh reply: have watched most vids on the site to be honest, which is why I have recently introduced the intra workout nutrition.
Peri workout is as follows:
3pm (pre): 35g protein + 80g Carbs + 20g fat
5pm (Intra): 25g Protein (pepto) + 50g carbs (HBCD)
6.20pm (Post): 40g protein (from whey isolate + some extra uncounted protein from bagel) + 44g carbs
7.30pm (Post Meal) 35g protein + 15gcarbs + 20g fatI feel like consuming so many calories in a small window means a really have to limit what I am eating earlier in the day. As my first meal is 5.30.
