Yeah I top out protein at about 220 now so 1.2g ish per pound. That’s from all sources and bread etc probably account for 10-15%.
Do you not get really lethargic on high carbs? I have to have fat proper high when really pushing carbs as if it’s low I’m just half asleep all day!
600-700g carbs with just 30-40g fat a day I’m Zzzzz. 5 to 1 ratio and I’m not to bad.

But i noticed you eat only 150g stake and chicken isn’t that bit low? After cooking goes down by a lot,no? Or im missing something. Thanks big man

People over do protein one of biggest mistakes they can do, carbs are protein sparing once my carbs get even higher I would pull them even more and reduce fat even more
Carbs are king when eating for performance
I always felt that 30-40g per meal for 5-6 meals was a good spot for protein. Lower end for naturals and cruising and higher for when really pushing up or dieting. Never got the 60-70g a meal theory. Even with guys on big drug doses i just feel the calories are better spent on carbs and fats. Good to know that someone on your level agrees as not many do. Seems most “big big” dues all swear by more than that so i did always have doubt that i was under gunning it, but when pushing mine up to 300g a day (i’m 210-220lbs top weight) i never really felt great benefit for it.

Yes plenty of clinics in the UK but they take the piss, the richest drug dealer in my area is the trt dr lol. Just get your usual lab and run 150mg, if you want to keep testes active run HCG throughout, 100iu a day or 3 to 400 iu 2 x per week. Hopefully you won’t need an ai if you micro dose the test.
I wouldn’t need an AI to be fair. Not under 200-250mg but i do use HCG at 500iu every 5 days.
I’ll probably still look to go the TRT route via a clinic even if it costs me a few quid. It would make the Wife feel better long term to be “monitored”.Does anyone have any suggestions for clinics in the London/Herts/Essex area or they all much of a muchness?

All are ridiculous price.
2 of jet clients been looking. Averaged out abt 150 a month over the year.
For 1/2 ml a test a week.

Yeah i can imagine they know how to charge. That does seem a waste though. I’d want some HCG and an AI for that.

I think if you talk to the right doc and explain it that way to hin there will be no issue in getting in prescribed.
I think you’re not familiar with the UKs medical system. If i walked into my GP genital free and said “my dog ripped them off can i get some TRT”? They’d ask for proof i had a dog. Honestly you cant get anything over here without going through the barn dance.

Loads of guys at the top drink and use drugs.
Chris Cormier (i think it) was out in Vegas and got wasted the night before the Olympia.Lots of others will have a few drinks here and there. But its certainly not optimal to be getting wasted every weekend. I like a drink and have a pretty good physique. I’ll have a beer or G&T most nights and a few on the weekend when i’m not dieting. But i only do this as a hobby as i’m not genetically blessed enough to go anywhere in the sport, and i’m not living like a monk to do Ok in some low level shows for a plastic trophy.
So i guess it depends what way you want to go? If you feel you can excel at the sport and have the desire to do so then drink in slight. If you don’t, and want to party with friends while having an OK physique then do that. But mixing recreational drugs, booze and anabolics all at abusive levels in my opinion is just fucking stupid. But again that’s your choice. Lots do and get away with it, may be with just some mental health issues, but then some don’t.

Guys on here will use 700mg of Tren a week but wont eat butter.
If you use over 125mg of test a week your HDL will likely be in the toilet. Eating some dry chicken and olive oil over a burger isn’t likely going to change that. -
Surely it depends on what is in leg day also?
I cant deadlift and then squat 2-3 days later. Not for long anyway. If using machines for legs then i can deadlift in Pull no problem. So i have to make the choice of back/safety squats on legs, or deadlifts on pull days.
My choice now is to do T-Bar or Barbell rows as my main back compound but finish the session with a hamstring curl and hyper extension set. This gives me some additional hamstring work on pull, and i get the loading in a bent over position doing the rows as well as the Hypers. But the load is lighter rowing than deadlifting so the fatigue on my lower back is less. Then at the end of Legs i will do my SLDL or RDL. This gives my upper back some additional work on leg day and hits hamstrings. But then my split is different from the usual P/P/off/L/off that’s now so popular.

I will wait a couple or three weeks to let the longer estered compounds clear someway before starting my TRT dose. I just like the break from pinning and i’ll normally time to end my cycle if im going away so saves me taking peds abroad.
Yeah that’s what im going to do as TRT has 6 monthly bloods so I need the extra test out before the doc sees it
you don’t run hcg with your trt??
I would definitely keep the hcg going during that time you’re off peds

As has been said its used at a dose of 0.2mg per kilo typically. I start there which put me at 20mg a day, but i will up it to 25-27.5g a day as i don’t tend to get any sides from it. Its not something i feel working, but the first time i used it i did get quite anxious for a few weeks. I also think it makes me hold a bit of water.
I’d say your dose is fine but top end of what’s needed. Chances are you just need to change up something else. Less food, more activity, longer cardio, add in another fat burner. etc

TRT would be 150mg week so a moderate TRT dose.
Always off for 10 weeks after a 12-15 week cycle.No idea the iron content of my diet!
