    How did you guys find the Watson Hack in Monster? That thing wrecked my knee so bad even after a years its still kaput! Humbling machine weight wise though!

    Okey so I jabbed today half a ml of test E so 125mg of test E and 250mg of deca thinking of jabbing another ml of deca on Thursday on its own so all in all I’ll be doing 500mg of deca a week and 125mg of test reason for this and main reason is I belive test is what’s giving me acne not too bad atm but it’s kinda sticking around it clears abit then comes bqck so on and so forth hoping that this cycle won’t be as bad last cycle was 250 test 250 deca

    I’d split the test dose more. Pinning once a week and i’ll likely get acne. 2-3 times and i’m fine.

    Drop the meat and just have whey, cereal, and rice flakes/ground rice with jam.
    I’d only have meat and rice post workout if food was very low. Whey takes up no space in the stomach and digests easily.

    If the rice is really causing issues then something like pancakes are easy to eat (as long as you’re ok with wheat). I use the Krustez stuff off amazon and you just add water and cook them.

    I do believe that NPP can show up as additional Test on blood results? As i’ve had readings of 200+ nmol on 500mg of Test, but i was using 400mg of NPP with it!

    150mg would put me at 30-35nmol but thats 5 days after pinning. So times that by 4 (600mg) and you’re around the 120-140 nmol mark)

    This is a possibliltiy or that NPP skews your estrogen reading also so its very hard to state.

    My sky high score im presuming was because either I jabbed just before the bloods or was jabbing daily so getting a higher constant peak or maybe skewed from the NPP.

    Our issue here is we don’t know

    we can work it out on 150 puts me at 30 so 1500 should put me at 300. However we know the higher the dose the higher the spike so this may not be the case.

    We also know that the more we inject in 1 injection the higher the reading over the following 48 hours.

    Im also pretty sure no one has actually studied this or got any actual scientific evidence bar what us idiots and other idiots alike not only like to poke themselves with huge doses of gear but then try and monitor what we are getting from it and then compare lmao.

    So its very hard to say.

    True. End of the day if your Test levels are 4 or 5 x that of normal, and you’re not growing, then something else is probably wrong!

    From what i’ve seen in the last year you’ve never not been in great shape through the off season. I assume this mini diet is just for Chris to learn your body, and not because you ate too many scotch eggs!? 🙂

    5 years of using quads and they’re my favorite site, after ventrogluteal. Its the only site that i get no PIP in (unless using silly things that are just crippling). Glutes i will get a level of PIP even with the smoothest of oils.

    All i can advise is dont jab quads too low, or directly on top. High and to the outside.

    Delts for me are bad. If using them regularly, then all of a sudden i’ll get a jab that just turns into a spongy lump and that shit hangs about for about 4-6 weeks looking ugly. No PIP but its like the oil has formed a pocket in the muscle. Would like to try lats but no idea where/how to jab them.

    I get the 1ml barrels and 27g 3/4″ needles. Use a 21g to draw, swap needle to 27g and pin.
    Works brilliantly but does take ages to put even 1/2 ml in unless the oil is super thin. So i only bother on a cruise. When doses are high its a 2.5ml barrel and blue 23g or orange 25g.

    Dont do what i did the first time and use the 2.5ml barrel with the 27g needle. Not unless you clear your day as it legit took about 9hrs to put a ml of oil in me.
