Accutane is the only thing that will touch it once its set in.
20-60mg a day (start low and work up depending on sides). You’ll probably need to use it for 3-4 months before its fully gone.
Preventative dose for me is 20mg pharma e3d, and prevention is definitely better than cure.

I just stick it all in MyFitnessPal (apart from greens, fibres, sauces and fish oils etc) That gives me a pretty accurante idea as to what I’m eating daily.

Hi Sas. Do you think that all the “junk” that you consume when pushing up has a negative effect on Lipids etc?
Not being judgmental of how you do it but obviously the “supps” we take will be detrimental to heart health. Then adding to this things like Fructose-glucose syrup, trans fats, high amounts of salt, sugar and sat fats etc. Have you ever seen it as a problem? Never caused any horrible blood work that you feel could have been avoided?
Also how do you feel eating like that daily? After an “way over indulged kind of” meal before bed i wake up grizzy as hell and with no appetite for most of the day.

100% Rest it up and avoid anything that aggravates it for now.
I pressed on for 6 months with chronic shoulder pain and by the end i couldn’t press an empty barbell, or pick my kids up.
By the time the quacks finished with me and sorted it my joint was wrecked. Its also taken me 10 months to get back to a 3 plate incline (which is where i was almost a year ago). So a year where i could have been improving, i was just getting back to where i was.Things like high incline db, machine and cable presses didn’t aggravate mine right until the end, and were the first thing i could do after surgery. Barbel/Smith presses ive only just been able to do again in the last 2-3 months.

I’d rather switch to the Deca ester than take stuff abroad. Or I’d just let it taper off and start up when i get back. Depends if you’ll be training hard when away.
When using long esters I normally double dose the day i go, and the day I get back to make up the jabs I’ll miss. So if I’m running 500mg a week, and I’m going for 2 weeks, I’ll will miss 2 weeks or 1000mg. So say I pin on mon/Thursday 250 a time and I fly on Saturday I’d just pin another 500 before leaving on Saturday. Then I would pin 500mg the day I got back. starting my 250mg mon/thurs again as normal. Hcg I just pin 500-1000iu before i go and start again the day I get back.

EQ Seems like it’s a marmite drug. Some guys really rate it. I really wanted to love it and it be awesome. But 750mg is a big dose and it was from a good lab. People saying it needs to be run at 1200mg to shine. Well I could run 1200mg of EQ, or 350-450mg of NPP. No brainer…….

I personally wouldn’t lose much strength on a “mini diet”. It’s best to keep these short though as prolonged dieting will start to impact strength.
I taper off 50g of carbs and a few grams of fat every 5-7 days until I start to drop. I find I can be quite aggressive with reducing calories as I’m only going to be in a true deficit for 4-6 weeks. That’s enough to get a load of water off, a few lbs of fat and regain some insulin sensitivity. Then when anabolics go back in start to taper up food again.
If strength is starting to suffer I stop at the calories I was on and maybe add in 50g if weight was dropping.
I’m 2 weeks into doing this and cut 100g of carbs already. On Thursday I had the best pull session I’ve had in a a while despite being 3.5lbs down and long esters tapering off. Still hitting PBs.

Doesn’t Deca show up as Estrogen on blood work like Tren does?
I’d get prolactin tested fo’sho and rule that out.
Last time i ran NPP and got itchy titties 20mg Tamox sorted it along with 1/4 tab of caber twice a week.
NPP always makes my nipples grow. Luckily its rectified easily! 🙂 -
I like the unilateral Hammer Strength one.
Find it really hits the meat around the knee. -
I do use the flat hammer press as a shrug machine. It’s good but like you say i’ve got 4 25kg plates per side, so its now a case of hanging weights to the handles. I’m guessing you can fit three 10kg plates on the handles though!

Adding some Test E wont make you suddenly start to build muscle and stay shredded. If you want to max out the amount of mass you can get from a cycle you have to accept that you will soften up. The first few cycles you may re-comp slightly, and add mass while staying the same kind of body fat.
If natty i think you have to decide if you want to look big in a t-shirt, or be ripped on the beach. You just cant be big AND ripped when natty. I was natural for 7 years and got really strong and “big” but every time i dieted all my friends would ask if id stopped working out! You can look really good natural, and be healthy. But in my opinion you’ll never be “big” (unless you’re a true genetic freak). A 5’10” and 180 lbs truly shredded natural i would say is very impressive.
As for being able to eat more when assisted. At a guess…… Possibly an additional 100-200 calories a day, and you would probably need to increase calories more often to account for the new muscle.

One gym i go to is a proper bodybuilding gym with loads of machines etc. The other is more power lifting and olympic based. So loads of different bars, lots of racks, but no machines. Its a good gym though.
No smith machine at the power lifting gym. I remembered there is a trap bar though, and farmer walk handles!! Didn’t even think about those!
Yeah i was thinking of bent over dumbbell row but with one arm at a time so i can support myself on a bench. Just to limit lower back load really. This always hammers my rhomboids and lower/mid trap. Plus its allows for heavy weight to be used. Pendley Rows are kind for upper back in my opinion but the lower back loading is too much. But doing them with the chest supported is ok.
I find dumbbell floor presses really awkward to get into position once the weight get heavy. Its not easy bicep curling 40-50kg+ onto your quad to knee them into place. This is becoming an issue on dumbbell shoulder press as well. Half my energy is getting the fookers into position.

Draw all the EQ you currently have into one big syringe. Take that syringe over to a sink. Squirt the EQ down the sink. Then buy some NPP. Anxiety gone, gains improved. There, I’ve just saved you 16 odd weeks of mediocre results.
Seriously though having done EQ at 750mg pw and 600mg pw for 16 weeks. It really is a pointless addition if you can use 19-nors. I feel an extra 250mg of test would have given me the same results mass wise as i got from adding EQ. Gives a nice look while lean but thats about it.

Hi Jordan – Hows the quad after you popped it? Have you been doing higher rep work while it heals up?
Looking back through videos you only ever seem to do straight bar push downs as your tricep iso movement?
Is this just as it doesnt aggravate your tendonitis? Can you no longer do DB or bar extensions?
