I’ve used Propeptide in the past and its mainly milk protein with some extra whey and egg white in. Not one i’d use around the workout window.
Dymatize is the business but costs a bomb. If i’d done soooo much better on it compared to Go Nutrition, Bulk Powders or Protein Dynamix and could warrant the price id use it. But i notice no difference.
I use Protein Dynamix or GN myself as they’re priced right, mix well, sit well and have a good choice of flavors. That’s all i can really worry about unless i decide to spend £1000s for having each batch tested for quality……….. which i wont.
If my protein power is being cut with rubbish to make the manufactures and resellers richer its annoying. But more annoying is buying 250mg/ml of Test and getting something with hardly any active ingredient. That will actually greatly reduce progress. Where as a slightly lower quality protein powder probably wont.

Whens the show next year? Whats your PED history? What do you want to achieve in the future?
Surely if JP is sorting your diet and training then he can also advise on the best route PED wise?

An inch a year of muscle on arms certainly is good.
But like i said its about the shape and attachments of the muscle that will determine if your arms look big, and can grow big. I think i could honestly have 20″ arms and they wouldn’t look good in a tshirt. Where as i have a friend who hardly trains, whos arms look very impressive. Just because he has thick triceps and all three tricep heads attaches low towards the elbow. Where as mine attach half the way down the arm. So when im in a tshirt all you see is a thick shoulder, and skinny elbow! haha Now you simply cant build muscle that isnt there. I could dip 100kg and still i’d lack thickness. Where as my mate would never struggle getting large arms. Luke Sandoe, Phil Heath etc have arms like my mate. They’re just naturally thick. Once the you find the optimal way to train them, they will have blown up. You never see any one with crap calves for example, go to have great big freaky looking “Fankhouser” calves. Yates didnt even train them.
What im getting at is do the best with what you’ve got. You might not ever be able to “bring them up”. Just because they’re not there to begin with. Thats the luck of the draw. Unfortunately my arms and calves are skinny as hell (thanks Dad!) But luckily my waist is small so i at least have that in my favor. haha

I use it. 3 caps with post workout meal, and 1 with my two other carb meals.
Hard to tell if its made a difference tbh. Once this bottle’s gone i’ll probably not buy any more.
That’s not to say its not made a difference. It may well have. I simply dont know.
Hope that helps!!!! 🙂 -
I’d added 20-25 lbs over the last four months. Gained some decent strength on my pressing movements, and tri isolation movements. But i doubt i’ve added any more than 1/2″ on my arms (that includes the fat lol). I’m also sure the majority of that is from mass gained on biceps. Starting an 8 week cruise/tidy up now, but will be bringing back the NPP next cycle, rather than naff EQ (i wasnt a fan). So hopefully i’ll get an inch on the twigs by the end of the year, that will be from about 40-45 lbs of weight gained. An inch a year of actually muscle on arms would be very welcome.
I saw the Luke Sandoe post as well and thought “shite….. i need an arm day again so i get arms like his!”. But then i remembered that i’d had an arm day for 3 years and my arms were always crap haha. Genetics brah, genetics! If the shape and attachments aren’t there, they’ll never just fill out IMO. Its a cash of smash them as hard as possible.

Hi Mort,
Dip machine and skull crushers.
close grip bench and French press.
Dips and over head dumbbell extension. The skulls and French press are stalling, and the heavy weights are wrecking my elbows so will be switching to DBs in the next week.
My tris are still weak aeseticlly, so not found anything to overly bring them up. But then genetically they don’t have a great shape. So I doubt I’ll ever get the thickness I want. My strength on pressing movements has greatly improved though.
-
I dip 50kg for 10 reps and my tris are shite. Haha
I also think form and feeling the muscle working is more important than just progressing numbers when it comes To arms.

Hi Jordan,
When you finished off season, and you’re heading into prep would you start to tidy up during the cruise phase?
Or are you simply looking to hold weight and strength, while not increasing body fat until the drugs are upped again?
Same question but for when combining two push ups with a cruise. Would you straight away slowly start to drop calories after the cycle, or wait a few weeks? -
Yup, 3 weeks for 450mg Enth i’d say.
You’re better to be waiting longer, than starting PCT too soon. Clomid wont do anything to restore function while synthetic Testosterone is still in the system.
You can take HCG with you abroad but i wouldn’t bother. If you’re using it for the whole cycle, and stop for a couple of weeks its no big deal. I do it on B & C the whole time. Just take the 500iu, or even 1000iu the day i fly. Then just carry on as soon as i get back. Take a few tabs of Adex with you so you don’t end up needing a bikini for your next holiday from the E2 rebound. You should start to be tapering off adex over the 3 weeks.

Personally as its 12 weeks i’d just use test e and NPP.
NPP takes longer to clear than Test Prop so ideally if doing a PCT i would run test a week longer. Using Test E would avoid the need for this.150mg Test E and 100mg NPP every mon/wed/fri
500iu HCG every mon/thu
Dont bother with Tbol unless you really need it. 12 weeks of it will crush lipids as well! After last pin you can enjoy the holiday while the esters clear.
Week after you get back start PCT. I’d probably do another couple of shots of HCG the week you get back.

I’d also move the pull downs to first, and add in some kind of reverse fly.
I also would avoid flat barbell bench for chest, then close grip bench for triceps as the movement is too similar. I’d do dips instead. -
My guess is he’ll use the same as every other bodybuilder/physique guy. Thats just about everything.
Only difference is these guys most likely dont push food up as much in order to stay leaner off season, and keep the waist tight.
Jordan trains physique guys. So it would be interesting to hear if he actually does anything different for them?! -
Of course hes not natural. They guy is competing in, and winning Physique at the Olympia! The physique guys always look massive in photos but up close they do shrink. Its all about the illusion which is mostly genetic (small joints, narrow waist, wide shoulders, pretty muscle insertions etc)
I 100% agree with Christoph. As a natural frequency is King. All my best training when natural was when i was training to just get really strong. I did Westside Upper/lower, and Dan “Boss” Greene style of training and made good improvements. While doing once weekly splits i just never really improved after my first year!
I’d do a upper/lower/off, or full body personally.
