    Standard –

    3 weeks after last jab
    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Nolva 20/20/20/20
    HCG 2 x 500iu per week up until starting the clomid.

    Just keep the food going in and fight to hold strength. I bounced back fairly quickly after my two cycles/PCTs so that probably helped me maintain size and strength.

    HCG is a must if cycling in my opinion.

    Hi James. Thanks for the response. Makes sense as my upper back is always fried after safety squats, and lower obviously gets hit doing Romanian Deads. Then training back and doing rows 48hrs later leaves me pretty beaten up. It does feel at times that back is being worked every 48hrs as its so involved when leg training.

    Hi James,
    As you say you recover fairy well are you not tempted to go to a Pull, Push, Legs, Off, Repeat, instead of Pull, Push, Off, Legs, Off, Repeat. So that way you can hit the muscle more often, therefore, in theory, having more growth opportunities per year?

    First cycle of 500mg test with plenty of food and you’ll blow up.
    No need for an oral as your strength is about to sky rocket. 😉
    I gained 40kg on my squat, and a solid stone in weight over 12 weeks on my first cycle! I’d be thrilled with that in a year now.

    Yes it could be prolactin related.

    I now run Caber at just .25mg (1/4 tab) twice a week when using NPP. Thats on top of my usual 12.5mg of Aromasin every day, or eod. Other wise i get gyno start to flare up. Never had any problems with gyno until i used 19-nors.

    I’d add in a low dose of caber, and reduce adex to 1/2 a tab every 3 days and see how you feel. Then after a couple of weeks or so get blood work.

    Proviron even at 75mg a day did nothing for my sex drive. But loads swear by it.

    Hi Jordan, could you ever see your self returning to a different split or have you got it (in your current opinion) dialed in spot on now?

    I know you used to like full body 3x a week, upper/lower, PPL/off etc. Do you feel the extra recovery is now optimal for every one (intermediate/advanced guys anyway), or just that you personally are at a place strength wise that you now NEED the extra rest? I also think you may have answered this somewhere but will training change to allow more volume, in order to expend more energy, moving into the last few weeks of prep?

    Its only a problem if its constantly high for an extended period of time.

    I take mine a couple of times through out the day, 2 times a week, and it will be about 120-125/60 on average.
    But every so often it might get three readings around 140-150/70 or something, then the next time its back down to 120/60.
    Lots of things can effect blood pressure in the short term. Caffeine, having eaten or drunk recently, needing a wee, stress, etc

    Hi Sas, Thanks for the detailed reply.
    So its quite a while from your pre-workout meal to when you actually train (2-3 hours). Also, if it takes an hour to drive back from the gym it must be quote a while after training that you have your post-workout meal as well? You must be starving! In prep would you generally add an extra meal or two, and put them closer together?

    Any kind of heavy extension. French presses, Skull Crushers at various angles (Bar, Cable or Dumbbell), Over head Dumbbell extensions etc

    Hi Sas,

    How are you feeling now you’re training after just one meal? Also, how long after getting out of bed are you having meal one? I know you said you wait an hour before training?

    I find if i train too close to waking that i can be a bit stiff and groggy, so it takes a while to get warm and fired up. Do you not get this?

    A basic question here but how far are you spacing out meals?

    I also took your advice from here and just held my weight for 10-12 days, and even dropped a few pounds of water. No more shin or lower back pumps. Blood pressure has reduced, and appetite have ramped up. Now i can push food up again. Still added strength in that time as well!

    500iu e5d constantly, so blast and cruise phase.

    Its more to keep the plums from becoming cherries, plus when i do decide to come off i hopefully wont have to bring my balls back from the dead. They’ll just be in a induced coma! haha

    You dont have to use HCG at all. I just choose to as its cheap, and Drs with more intelligence than myself recommend doing so.

    I’m not 100% but i believe Nolva is run from when you start the HCG.
    Start the HCG about 3 weeks after the last Test injection so that its had a chance to clear.
