The NPP, Mast and Var cycle was when cutting, not bulking. Week 1-10 was 500mg Test E and 450mg NPP, week 10-16 was 300mg Test P, 450mg Mast P, 50mg Proviron (pointless) and 75mg Var. Var i might have run from week 8. Cant remember exactly. It was a nice cycle. No major sides, good strength increases, and a nice lean and dry end result.

90kg (if lean) at 5’7″ is pretty impressive. I’m currently 5’7″ and 90 kg and that’s with a little bit of happiness on me. If you have to force feed then do it. Things like greek yogurt, oils, chicken thighs, salmon, sardines are all calorie dense and easy to get down. Carbs i’d just stick to ground rice, cereals, pancake mix etc. All easy to eat. I’ve never had to force feed myself tbh. I’m not at a size where i’m really pushing my limits so food is a pleasant 4500 calories a day for me.

For Blood Pressure try Hibiscus Tea. 3-4 strong brews a day. Its taken my BP down from an average of 135 off cycle to 110. Keeps it low when blasting as well. Also Celery Seed Extract at 200mg a day helps. Mine was creeping up but a little daily cardio, and dropping some water weight has dropped it 10 points in a week.

For HDL i think Niacin, Citrus Bergamot and just keeping a bit of gentle cardio in has made a huge difference. My HDL has been very low in the past even on just moderate test. Last bloods after 6-8 weeks on Var and Mast and my HDL was spot on, as was triglycerides and LDL.

Sod staying off 16 weeks! haha

I’ll get bloods done a couple of weeks after my blast has ended and see what they look like.

TBH i cant see much being out (fingers crossed). Probably low HDL but ive been taking Citrus Bergamot, Niacin, Curcumin, Red Yeast Rice, COQ10, Garlic, fish oil etc religiously. Last blast i was using NPP, then Mast and Var and everything was in range using the same health stack, so i’m confident a moderate Test and EQ cycle will see me in good shape. Giving blood in a couple of weeks so that should help if RBC is rising from the EQ. Blood pressure is back down to 120-125/65 give or take.

If its all good i’ll stay off 8 weeks to tidy up and blast again.

Never heard much bad said about there oils. Only the orals.
Cant say i personally notice any benefit in my joints. If they were knackered before NPP, they’ll be knackered during and after it.
Only thing that changes for me is the additional water, and then strength increases. That, and a lot of mass if in a caloric surplus. 🙂

I used it at the beginning of the year and it did what its supposed to.

Not sure what you’re expecting to “feel” after just 4 jabs? Has strength or body weight started to increase? Its likely only really going to start to take effect from around now imo. Normally after 8-10 jabs my strength will really started to rocket on NPP. I also don’t really “feel” any different on NPP. Just crazy strength.

I can’t see what EQ would bring personally. It’s going to be over shadowed by Deca. EQ is also dry, deca will make you hold water. So it’s not going to give any cosmetic benefit to the cycle.
Off season I think NPP is best. EQ is ok in the sense that you can look dry and lean when bulking but for adding tissue it’s not fantastic.

I’d like to try it when dieting though with some Mast. Bet that would give a nice look.

Accutane gets a lot of bad press. It isnt hard on the liver. A friend of mines wife had terrible skin and has been prescribed 5mg a day for about 3 years from her dermo with no ill effects. As has been mentioned its harsher on Lipids when doses get high. I also dont believe the whole it increases depression etc etc. Teens (who are the most likely users) are generally hormonally sensitive as it is, add to this a skin condition that is seen as unsightly and dirty and greatly effects confidence (i would know as i suffered for years). Add Accutane to the mix which does leave you feeling crappy with the dry/flakey skin, cracked lips and the fact it makes acne worse before it gets better and you can see why those “on the edge” can get pushed over. I cant imagine someone without pre-excising issues would take it, and suddenly become depressed or suicidal. For me, and many others its a miracle drug and greatly improved my quality of life growing up.

I’ve ran loads of it to combat puberty induced acne and AAS related. I’ve used so much that now i just don’t need to run it. 20mg every 2-3 days is a good preventative dose. Let acne take hold and its anywhere from 60-100mg a day based on body weight. Personally at that kind of dose i would want to do under the eye of a doctor. Highest i’ve gone unprescribed was 40mg a day for 3 months after my first cycle where i broke out really badly on my chest and back during PCT.

Hi Jordan – What do you feel you get from Primo that make it superior to EQ?
I’m using EQ now at 750mg and its not blowing me away, but it is a nice change from NPP. What would one expect from the same mg (or less) of Primo?

I’m having 350g post workout and just 40g post post (60g on leg day). Seems to be working ok. I’ll just add to this meal when i need to as 350g is a sweet amount PWO. 400g left me feeling a bit grim.

    Hi Jordan.

I just watched an old push video (hopefully to get me motivated for my session later haha).
In it you said that your pressing had suffered due to not being under a bar and relying on machines. And that from now, when movements like Incline Barbell, Dumbbell presses stall instead of dropping them you’d work in the higher rep ranges, and work the weight up again. Is this something that you’ve implemented? I can imagine this would also work well with things like barbell rows, pull ups as the loading gets heavy.

I also notice for biceps you only seem to do preacher curl variations. Any reason for not currently doing bar or db curls of any kind?

Its complicated as its more than Testosterone at play that is responsible for fertility. Guys with next to no Test naturally can still have ok swimmers.
FSH and ITT are both required to produce healthy sperm. ITT can be stimulated with HCG, and FSH with HMG (or clomid) even when totally shut down.
When my second was conceived i was a year into B&C, but i used HCG from the start. I just added in clomid at 12.5mg everyday when we started trying.
My Wife was pregnant within a month and i assume in good faith that its mine.
The best plan is always to come off everything and try to restart. That will give you the best chance, but sperm requires something like 90-110 days to mature, so basically 3-4 months. If your swimmers are wrecked then either way it will be a slow process to get them back.

I’d stopped gaining on 4400 calories, so upped to 4700 and that seemed too much as weight was going on at 2-3 lbs a week. I was starting to hold loads of water and feel crap (mainly by leg day when id have 3 days straight of 600g of carbs), so after seeing in Sas’s Journal that he is just holding weight to let his body “settle” at his current weight, i decided to drop 200 cals and increase my output a touch. I lost 4 lbs in a couple of days but im still taking PBs, and look/feel much better for it. Plus the weight is slowly creeping on again at 4500 cals. So i don’t think its an issue to drop down a bit as long as performance isn’t flagging.

I think that pressing is always the slowest to progress anyway. Well for me it is. Legs i’ve added about 25-30kg to my safety squat over 12 weeks, but only 2.5kg and some reps to my seated db press (weak movement for me – started at 40kg for 6, now at 42.5 for 10). All those single rep, and small weight increases add up though.

I’m in the same boat with the kids on weekends. Its non-stop now as all they want to do is be in the garden, or at the park, swimming etc. In the winter its more sat coloring and playing with play-doh. haha I just compensate by giving my self a treat a day on the weekend. i’ll have a cheat meal in the evening, or a dessert with dinner. If its a rest day and im carb free for 4 out of 5 meals, i’ll either add an extra 40-50g of carbs with my lunch, or just take the kids for some pancakes or ice cream if they deserve it.

Jordan has said, and also John Meadows, that the effects on mTor etc from Berberine and GDAs looks bad on paper, but real world results would show it to not be as bad as it seems.

I’m using Matador by AD. 1 tab with my pre workout meal (70g carbs), 3 with my PWO meal (300g carbs, and 1 with my post post meal (75g carbs).
Its hard to tell if its doing anything to be honest. Once this tub has been used up i wont run it for a few weeks and see if i notice any difference.

Hi Sas. Whats the reason you’re now holding weight at 255 rather than keep pushing up? Also you’re fats are really low, especially on your off days. Do you just prefer to get more calories in from carbs?

    Are you gaining weight?
    Are you getting stronger?

Doing a very manual job will likely mean that you need more rest, more food and more sleep.
