Wild Alaskan is a great choice. I get the tinned stuff from Tesco with skin and bones in. 170g cooked is about 40g protein and 13g fat. So leaner than farmed Atlantic but not full of nasty chemicals.

Hi Jordan. Wild caught Atlantic salmon is like rocket horse shite and costs a bomb. It was over £90 a kilo last time I enquiried.
Wild Alaskan is cheaper but much leaner.

I used D-hacks T3 back in the day and it was definitely well over dosed. 1 tab flattened me right out and i dropped 6lbs in a day or two. Would only use pharma for T3, Aromasin, Adex, Nolva, etc.
I believe even pharma inn’t 100% accurately dosed. I remember reading they have a % that they have to be within in order to pass quality control.

Hi Jordan,
When you’re getting close to a comp and strength is starting to stall on lifts, do you still rotate exercises out and try progress different lifts? Or is a just a case of trying to keep the weights on the same movements as heavy as possible for as long as possible? Then re-setting everything once prep has finished and off season has begun?

I’d go 16 weeks personally. As long as you’re progressing and body fat is in check then keep pushing. If its a moderate test only cycle then things shouldn’t be to out of wack bloods wise anyway.

I’d say if you plan to keep using, then its best to cruise on as low a dose as possible.
I don’t see the point in shutting down, then starting up, just to shut down again a few weeks after you actually recover.
Only reason for me to come off would be if wanting kids (got em), or once i get bored of all of this (one day when i’m old and just want to eat cake and drink wine 7 days a week).

Split i listed above is working well. Its taken a bit of trial and error to get it to where it is though as i was having problems with lower back getting to much loading. But now i’m in the swing of it i’m hitting PBs every session (5-10kg per rotation on the main leg compound). Its beating me up for sure though! I just took 4 days off and feet much better. Trained legs and now feel smashed again, but added 5kg to the lift and got an extra 3 reps!
Getting comments on how much size i’ve added from others so must be doing something right! i dont really get DOMs, but i feel f*cked pretty much all day. Literally like i’ve fallen down the stairs, climbed back up, and fallen down again f*cked! haha.
Calves i think need a bit more frequency as they recover quickly. For the first time ever, my crappy calves are starting to get some shape and size. I always trained them frequently, but not heavy and frequently over a range of rep ranges. Now i concentrate on adding more weight and reps each time, but keeping form as perfect as possible. Slow negative, pause in the stretch and then flex up, keeping the knees as locked as possible. I rotate between two seated, two standing, and two bent at hip calf movements.

First set is 5-9 reps, second is 10-15 reps, third if i do it is 16+.
Calves are trained with every pull and leg day. 3 straight sets to failure, and with perfect form. -
Second the sling shot sleeves. Great sleeves and very comfortable. Can’t say they add anything to the lift like wraps will but that’s not why I use them.

If its sugar free juice whats the problem? I’d just drink that if i found water boring.

I have his problem currently as well. My wrists and forearms are just kaputt. Doing weighted pull ups last night was agony and today i cant clench my fists.
As Christoph has said i think its a build up from all the heavy pulling and pressing.
I use straps but the non-padded type, and they dig in around the wrist joint. I’m also still squeezing the hell out of the bar. I never use wrist straps for pressing either even though i have them.
My plan is to take a few days off until Monday (as my knees and back are also pretty sore), then go back using wrist wraps and some better straps. Hopefully that cures it somewhat.
Cant imagine Curcumin and Fish oil will make enough difference. You probably need to rest it a bit, or even rotate out some exercises that aggravate it. -
Panoxyl cream can help and is good for preventing scarring (watch out though as it stains). scrubbing with salty water also helped me funnily.
If you catch it early then a very low dose of Accutane will work. 20 mg every 2-3 days should be fine for prevention with no side effects. This is my preferred method now.
Try the creams and natural stuff if you like, but once the acne takes hold and develops you’ll be on 60-100mg a day of accutane for months to shift it! Not fun! -
Acer – A friend of mine got prescribed Finasteride that blocks DHT and is very effective for hair loss. I think this is used by some to stop MPB when on gear?
But my mate got a case of limp noodle on it so stopped. This is its nasty side effect. His wife, and I think most would agree that a non functioning dick is far less attractive than a shaved head.Try Rogaine or what ever its called. He uses this now and swears its stopped the shedding.
