D4Net test is supposed to be very good so im not sure why your test is so low? Like i say mine was 120nmol on 500mg and that was 5 days after the jab. Cant remember the lab i was using at the time but it wasn’t anything as raved about as D4Net.
For me, on 500-600mg of test i’ll use 0.5mg adex (or 12.5mg Aromasin) every 3 days. That keeps me at the top of range relating to estrogen.
If i was you I’d get some new gear (or get yours tested to find the actual mg), and drop the adex for a couple of weeks, then re-introduce it at 0.5mg e3d.
I’ve used Triumph, Sphinx, Dimensions, Rx Labs, SIS, and Taylor Made for test and all are good. I’d probably rate them in that order as well.

I’m hoping to get 4 plates a side for 6-7 reps in the next 8 weeks. All going well……..
Only time i struggle with them is once i get above 10 reps. Then catching breath becomes an issue when the load is heavy and reps are high.

Hi Jordan, for calves do you just do straight sets to failure on each? Then when reps are getting high, add some more weight? Or do you train them like everything else with a heavy set, then a back off set or two?

His LH and FSH is pretty crushed so might not be bunk but probably very under dosed. My first cruise I ran 250mg of pharma sust (bought in turkey) every 14 days and after 12 days my Test was 25 nmol.

500mg of test e a week should have your Test level 3x higher than what you have. Last time I had bloods done on 500mg I had a Test level of 120nmol.
Your test level is about my 200mg per week cruise level.
what lab you using?
Estrogen does look low. How much AI you using?

I’ll ride it out for a bit and monitor body fat before making any adjustments. No point in me backing off calories when it may just be water. Strength is climbing, blood pressure is good, look full and still lean so I’ll see where it goes over the next couple of rotations.

Little update.
Weight is flying on now. Up about 4 lbs in the last 10 days.
I’m even thinking of dropping my off day fats down some, having seen Sas’s Journal. I’m getting through 200g a day and it seems a bit excessive. Carbs still under 100g on off days, and 550g on training day. Still hungry but not as much as before.
Keeping an eye on the mirror, and i’m certainly looking a bit smoother after 3 training days on the bounce. After my off day i drop a bit of water and i’m not looking to bad.
I’ll keep my training day nutrition the same and drop 20-30g of fat on off days. Try to get the ravenous hunger back. If the weight keeps flying on at this rate and i get really smooth/fat, i’ll reel the training day carbs in a touch as i want to push for another 6-8 weeks, then tighten up on a cruise, before pushing body weight up again!

Hi Sas. That’s not a lot of calories on your off day for such a big guy. No wonder you’re hungry haha
Like other have said, it will be great seeing how your progress. Especially as you’re switching to a different training/nutritional style having already built such a solid base.
How much stage weight would you have expected over a year on your old routines and nutrition protocols? How much are you hoping to add before the Olympia?

I use both EAAs and Peptopro and cant say i’ve ever noticed a difference.
Also i add in 10g 4:1:1 BCAA but thats mostly just for flavor and to add some additional leucine.
I simply use what ever i can get on a % off deal from the bulk suppliers. -
Used SIS for a few things. Gets fairly mixed reviews but so do most labs (orals are naff apparently).
I’ve never had any problems with the Oils. -
I use 500iu every 5 days year round. Mainly because i like the look of my balls, but also from a recovery POV for when i do decide to come off. If they dont go, you’ve not got to bring them back!
When i cycled i just used 1000iu per week right up to when i started PCT (last HCG shot would be a week before starting Nolva/Clomid).

Thanks Jordan. I was always under the assumption it was just Superdrol, Dbol, Oxys or Halo for pre-workouts. I get on very well with Var so may implement that before going down the Superdrol route.
You also never mention using Tbol? Whats your thoughts on it?

Is it oral, or injectable Var that your using?
How long before a workout do you take it? I always thought of Var as a drug that tends to get better as it builds up in the system? -
I’ve go M/W/F as I kept forgetting to jab and losing track. Never noticed a difference personally.
