Just did my evening shot , I really do love only doing 1ml insulin shots , the dimension stuff all feels very good too! I have about 20 bottles of their tren ace set aside because it’s always been the most reliable I have used when it comes to being on the money dose wise.
I’ve always been sceptical since the bust so switched to Sphinx. Can’t say I noticed the difference tbh.
When you hit the low rep “test” sets will you reduce the load slightly the next week and try and get more reps? Or keep working in the 3-4 rep range until you stall there?

As you say. Double dose on date of flight, and take the AI with you. I also like to time cycles to end the day before i fly if possible. That way the esters can start to clear while i’m away ready to cruise when i get home.

Ok thanks Dean. I was at 88nmol with just 630mg Test and 1/2 a tab Aromasin every other day. But wanted estrogen a bit higher as it’s off season, so dropped it to e3ds. But then like a fool added in the parabolin before doing the re-Test 4 weeks later! Annoying as I feel estrogen May now be too high but may not get an true answer.

How much would one shot of 38mg Tren Hex (1/2ml parabolin) have on a E2 reading 24hrs post shot? Assuming it was only one jab of it? Would it still have enough time to falsify a reading on a blood test? Any ideas, or guesses?

Drop cardio post workout and asses from there. Then up food by 200 cals a time.
End of the day unless you’re the genetic elite you wont be able to stay that tight with out sacrificing possible muscle gains. Just depends if you want to stay lean over getting bigger and stronger. No ones saying get fat, but fat gain is inevitable.

I’d personally drop it for now and just reverse diet on test for a few weeks. Then add Tren in again when i started to stall on my next blast. While still lean and primed to grow i’d rather use higher test and save the other goodies. -

there are always muscle groups that are harder or slower to progress
for me, push is also the hardest areaBB and DB are very much to do with stabilisation of the bar – so are hindered by other factors, not just strength
also the increases in weight on DBs are large so not realistic to increase from 20kg x 10 to 25kg without a big drop off in reps….again not reflective of stalling, just re settingIn my opinion your volume is quite high
so maybe look to remove the 3rd setthe set up of your whole training and diet may be affecting this too

Thanks for the response. So drop the 3rd sets on the Tricep compound, and the lateral work? I increased the tricep compound to three sets as i actually progress these movements quite well and my weakness has always been triceps (genetically not a great shape). It just seems to be the main first chest movement that i struggle with. Due to shoulder issues i moved away from most barbel pressing, and will give the dumbbells a good run on occasion but as you say i progress for a while but then going from 67.5kg for 8-9, then to 70kg reps just bomb to 4-5 and i cant get them up. Even working up to the 75s for a couple, then coming back to the 70s i still stall at 4-5 reps.
Everything else is good. Sleep is OK. i have three young kids so can be a bit broken, and i’m getting checked for sleep apnea as showing a few symptoms, plus i have a family history of breathing issues (reduced nasal airways). Food is good, 4000 cals and still lean. Gaining a pound or two a week, and activity is 10-12k steps a day. Try and keep it to 8k if i can though. So yeah, everything on legs and back is shooting up and hitting all time strength, with better form, and 15-20 lbs lighter. Just push isnt back to how it was pre dieting.

Tren has never negatively effected my bloods (more so than anything else), but then i’ve never ran huge doses of it. However, even 150mg a week will kill my appetite dead. I can cut and go down to 1300 calories a day with 50 mins cardio and not feel like eating. When i do eat i’ll half the time get re-flux and/or heart burn.
Not ideal in an off season.

I just use the packs of microwave jasmine rice. Easy, tastes good and is 80g of carbs a pack. If at home I boil up sushi rice. Wife always wants basmati but it’s just not great.
No idea on the difference between them but believe jasmine is slightly more carb dense?

Southern ghost, Sphinx, SIS, and ROHM. All good, and been around ages with positive feedback so thats what counts to me.
Using Nexus now but to early to tell if it’s good or not. Used their Test 300 and was happy enough.

Hello jordan first i want to thank you for the awesome free content u post on ig and your great content here, you are an inspiration for me man more than u can imagine,and please let me know if the following is off topic to post here so i can move it but I thought that its ur split and u followed it and u know best,so iam running ur fullbody split and i was recovering good so ive tried to play abit with rest pauses for the upperbody since it demands less recovery so i have added only 1 rp set on the backdown set of 2 from the 4 excercises per week(the 20 rep set so ilower the weight less than normal do 15 and 5 more reps after rp) and iam recovering well and overloading them each time but the log book showed me smth that whenever i push my self on those rp set the following excercise (so triceps after inc press) is stalled but the thing is on my good days both goes up together and my overall progression is going great ,so my questions are here -should i implement rest pauses ( i planned first 3 months 1 rp next 3 2 rp next 6 3 rp (since it’s dante’s sweetspot so iwill be sticking with it until i finish the split )as long as iam recovering or is the above indication of not recovering or will i progress more without them?-what’s your stand on volume do u inc it as long as u are recovering and its not hurting the other variables or only inc it when the performance stall?

Always used to be ok. Used it back in its days of stocking Triumph. Now it’s all dimensions which I’m not overly confident in since it got busted.

I didn’t risk hacks , leg extensions are out again. Left knee is fucked ! Right if I try to add a leg extension again, someone please remind me that every time after a few weeks I can’t fucking walk! What I did today was still good, but I have to get the pain out of my knee ASAP. Will take cure coming to 3 tabs am and pm and join in at 1 scoop am and pm , and re buy some dit da jow and kwang loong.
Hi Jordan. I feel your pain. Literally. My right knee is also proper mangled. Not so much painful when training but that night and for a few days after bending the knee is painful as hell. You considered just loading the good leg for a couple of rotations with iso leg presses and shite? Hard to do (well is for me) but think it’s the only option to proper recover once it gets so bad!
