Not sure if you’ve mentioned it before…… but do you ever use “micro plates” so you can increase lifts by just 1kg at a time instead of 2.5kg? This way its more likely to stay in a rep range, rather than up by 2.5kg but resulting in reduced reps? I’m talking more on arms, delts and isolation stuff mainly, as back and legs 2.5kg jumps is normally doable on the big lifts. -
If it’s not causing any side effects leave it as it is. If its causing gyno then use Nolva at 10-20mg ed.

I get acne when both prolactin and estrogen remain in range. Personally i think its just a rise or fall in any hormone that causes acne. Including testosterone.
I had to run Accutane at 20mg eod for the first 4-6, and last 4-6 weeks of every cycle or blast. Over the years i’ve run so much Accutane that now, no matter what i use i don’t get acne. Also lots of people hate on Accutane as harsh and bad for the liver. At one point i was running 40mg a day of pharma with 60mg Tbol for 10 weeks and my ALT values were only 60 so just above range of <52. Hard/Heavy training the night before with no booze or orals for weeks has seen my ALT at 160+. I would still obviously avoid using it unless its 100% necessary though!I just think that Acne is a side effect some will get and some wont. I was a spotty teen so got acne with usage. I don’t however get estrogen sides from test, or any noticeable water retention with NPP. I never get libido problems, or hair shedding (just mad growth everywhere else). Luck of the draw i suppose.

It happens and can be done. I wouldn’t do it more often then every 8 weeks though.
I think the trick is to never let it get to high by donating every 12 weeks regardless. Prevention is better than to cure so to speak. -
Cheers Jordan. I’ll keep off day carbs at less than 100g, and keep on adding in the fats as needed.
Jumped on the scale this morning and weight has dropped by 1/2 a lb. Very frustrating as i cant seem to keep it going on, but lifts are slowly increasing so not all bad news. I’ll add in another 40g of carbs post workout and 10g pre-workout, plus 5g of fat to meal 2. When i need to add more carbs i think i’ll have to start to add to my last meal, or the meal before my preworkout on days my postworkout is right before bed.
Luckily appetite is there, and i’m still hungry most of the day! Off days today but hopefully weight will hold up, and not drop any further.

Absolutely! I dropped down to 450mg per week for the last 6 weeks of my cut and looked the best i ever have. But i’ve never gone above 625mg a week of Test. I just add in other compounds at the lowest dosage possible. I’ve done 6-7 cycles (blasts), and they’ve all (apart from one where gear was naff) given great results. I’ll increase my Test to 750mg for my next cycle no doubt, but would drop back to 450-500mg to cut on.

A day of drink won’t harm progress in the grand scheme of things. Do it every weekend, or multiple times a week and it certainly will.

Hi Jordan, what do you do if when switching to a new exercise, form starts to slip too soon when trying to progress the lift? Say by adding too much weight, too quick?
Would you lower the weight by 5-10%, nail form, then try and work back up keeping form tight? Or just rotate it out for something different?

I get the tinned Wild Red (Sockeye) Salmon and it’s nice. 10g of fat in a 212g tin and 36g protein if I remember.
I’ll also get the fish monger to call me when he gets a big fillet in. Normally I’ll get a whole fish filleted for £16/kg which is a fair price.
I’ll get regular farmed Atlantic salmon as well just as its higher in fats, but also lower in omega3.
If taking a fish or krill oil supplement i wouldn’t be concerned about if the salmon is wild or not though.

Yeah i think i just need to keep pushing up calories until my weight starts to increase consistently. I guess being leaner than i’ve ever been (sub 10%) has fired up my metabolism more than i thought it would.
Right now my training day fats are at 100g. I may bump this up to 130g, and add another 5-10 grams to each of my meals before my pre training meal. I’m always hungry when sat at work, but then pre, intra and post i’m nicely satisfied! Off days my fat is set at 140g, which i’ll keep there, but up my carbs by 100g (to 175-200g daily).
If that doesn’t work by end next week. Then i’ll add in another 20g of carbs to the pre, and 30g to my post workout meal. -

How do you feel about fruit as a PWO addition? I know you like sorbet, but many say that fruit sugars are no good for replenishing glycogen?
Also at what point would you start adding carbs to other meals? Simply when you can no longer stomach any more post workout? -
Hi Jordan, as youre now away for a while and not training i have a couple of holiday related questions!
Do you ever have a cheeky tipple? Bottle of wine, few beers etc? Also what you’re take on a bit of alcohol in general? Not as in getting smashed every weekend but a couple of glasses of wine, or beer here and there? How bad is it really? We all know of the IFBB pros who like a party, but then also guys like Jay Cutler who are T-total!
Also when away do you still track macros? Or is it more eat on instinct?

Not normally.
Either 10mg Tamox, or 1/4 aromasin 2x a week if estrogen gets too high. -
Using 200 mg Sust every 7 days. I had blood taken 6 days after the jab and my Test Level was 43nmol (9-32 nmol is range). This is as high as i go currently as it has no effect on my lipids etc and i feel healthy.
I don’t doubt that the multiple releasing esters in Sust will cause slight fluctuations in Test levels. But this is only natural anyway.
Acne probably could be avoided by multiple pinning, but i’d rather pin less tbh. If acne is an issue then go with Cyp. This can still be pinned e10d no problem. The reason i like Sust to cruise is if i go away on holiday for a couple of weeks i can just jab 250mg, and it will see my through. 250mg of Enth will peak and fall to quick. This is all based on my experience.
The NHS will give 1000mg Nebido every 8-12 weeks!
