Sust was designed to be jabbed every 2-3 weeks. The amount of prop is minute so eod jabs isnt really required unless jabbing grams of it.
I’ve cruised on 250mg e10-12 days and bloods have shown testosterone has been in range on day 10. Now i prefer 200-250mg e7days.
It can give bad acne and horrendous PIP for some though. -
Hi Jordan,
When you train away from home in gyms around the country/world how do you track numbers for progression? Not all gyms will have the equipment you need for that rotation, and if they do different cable machines etc will be different weight set ups.
Do you just go in with the intention to lift as heavy as you can, and then carry on with beating the PBs set on your rotations when home?

I upped my post workout meal by another 50g of carbs last night so 300g total now, and intra dextrins to 60g from 45g.
Went to bed and threw its all up about 3 hrs later. Now battling a nice stomach bug and unable to keep anything down. Legs will have to wait until tomorrow! -
That’s what i assumed. I also thought that insulin use may warrant such a high amount intra.
I normally stick with 50g max and add more whole food post workout. I’ve never got high enough in carbs that I haven’t been able to eat more.

I don’t count EAA/BCAA/Peptopro towards my protein total.

That’s the thing. I notice no difference in recovery, energy etc between 30g intra or 60, 90……… only thing it adds is calories which I would rather eat.

In you “FULL Training – Push Session” video from 6 months ago you did a Incline Barbel, Cable shoulder press, and then a machine press for chest before doing Dips as your tricep compound move?
Any reason for this addition? Was it something you just tried and sacked off? More volume when prepping?
I’m interested as the only thing with the set up i’m doing is; i feel, doing just the Compound press, and a fly is making my chest flatten out?
I did try adding a press after the tri-compound move but my tri’s were obviously fried so loading was low. -
They cant stop you drinking.
So whey, nut butter and oats if carbs are needed. Have it all ready in the shaker, add water, shake and drink. It takes 30 seconds.

Any views on MK-677? I know its not going to be on par with real GH but is it worth it for sleep, appetite, injury benefits at a lower dose? 10-20mg pre bed or so? I know water retention can be a problem when going above 20mg.
Also do you not like Glute-Ham raises? You never seem to list them in hamstring workouts, normally opting for Hypers instead? Are you just missing them out as you plateau’d?

I just get the unflavored EAAs and HBCD then add some sugar free double concentrate fruit juice to it. Apple and Blackberry masks the rank taste pretty well.
Also………….. chocolate during the workout??

I like quite different exercises for different degrees of stimulus personally.
So for example Incline Barbell, slight decline DB press, and a Hammer Strength press may be three rotations for chest.
Then when they stall they can be switched to- Slight Incline DB press, slight decline Smith Machine Press, and a different Hammer Strength machine.
Same for all muscle groups. Legs i’ll do a Free squat, a leg press and a machine squat movement. -
Second Adex being way too high. 0.5mg eod was plenty for me on 625mg Test.
Don’t judge things going by sides, get blood work done. You seem to be trying to fix a problem caused but muddling round with drugs, by muddling round with more drugs. Drop to a cruise, wait a few weeks for things to settle, get bloods, and then carry on again is what i would do.

500mg of not great test e had my T levels at around 120 nmol/l.
750mg nearer 200 nmol/l. -
Doesn’t Tren show up as estrogen on blood work?
If im reading it right – You’re on 700mg of test e, and have a T level of 45? Mine was >45 on 200 mg sustanon per week when cruising. -
Almond milk with banana whey added. Poured all over golden grahams and a chopped banana mixed in!
