Make your own with rice flakes and almond milk? That’s what I do.
Rice flakes, almond milk, bit of sweetener, and a good blob of jam on top. Or you can add some cinnamon and sugar then bake it. Delish!!!

Nicoise salad. Artichokes, eggs, potato, cold green beans and sweet corn. Not quick, but the only situation i’d eat that cat food.

Its a decent drug. Makes a good alternative to NPP, and it doesnt effect my BP, or make me need to use Nolva to stop me getting titties. Also lower AI dose. Does give me lethargy though.

400mg/ml test should be the esters Cyp, Enth, and Dec. Any prop in there and you’ll be in trouble. That’s the rule i live by anyway. Generally i wont use 400mg/ml unless its to keep injection volume low. But Nexus and Taylor made both did a 400mg/ml that i got on with.

0.5mg adex eod seems very excessive for 300mg a week.
700mg of test, i use 1/2 an aromasin every 3 days. Thats keeping my estrogen at top end. -

I’ve used triumph NPP at 150mg/ml and that i felt was dosed correctly, and PIP free.I cant imagine the 200mg/ml PIP would be an issue. But it will probably crash a lot.
Hey bro. What do you exactly mean with “it will probably crash a lot”? And indeed, it’s a tricky one, although it seems like products dosed higher than the usual 100mg/ml are getting more common.
I do have to say I don’t really have a problem with PIP. Of course, I don’t want to waste my time the next few weeks on-cycle (I switched from 10 weeks tren e to NPP a week ago as I wanted to keep progressing). Would it be best to up the dosage and assume it’s probably dosed lower than we think?
90% of the vials ive used at 150mg/ml have been solid blocks that need heating up before use. No PIP once liquid again and dosed well but NPP just seems to crash when dosed high.

I see them as expensive chocolate bars . They contain around the same amount of calories and around 15g more protein than a regular chocolate bar . If your getting 200g+ of protein from steak , eggs , fish every day then I don’t see why you would need the extra 15g of poor quality protein a bar offers . I’d rather have a regular chocolate bar and put the £2 I save towards food.
I agree. I’d rather have a chocolate bar and a scoop of whey.

200mg a week is plenty. Especially it you’ve not used much Tren before. I used 150mg last cycle and had great results, with no sides.

I’m curious about this too since I’ve never noticed much difference from bergamot.
However, do you happened to know the concentration you used?From what I understand – and I may be wrong – it needs to be standardised to yield a certain % flavonoids to do much and the concentrations vary a lot depending on the brand.
It could be that a lot of the data/studies have been done using a higher concentration than what is typically being sold.
Also, there haven’t been a huge number of controlled studies on this stuff so take that for what it’s worth.
I believe niacin is the only thing that actually has much weight behind the data/studies to support its effectiveness as far as lipids go.
I think a lot of these herbs, flavonoids and extracts may provide other benefits from their anti oxidant ability (although it could be argued too many anti oxidants can be more of a detriment than a benefit to our health)…but as far as how much they are going to limit the damage of a hardcore bodybuilding lifestyle, it’s speculative.
If you can afford it, then it’s wise to take as many precautions as possible.
Yeah Niacin’s the one. I used 3 x 500mg of the flush type and that made a difference. But not enough to warrant the annoying flush. Best thing ive found for me HDL and blood pressure is just staying active and getting in 9-12k steps a day, and no high doses of test or orals.
The bergamot i used was the Jarrow, or Swanson “Bergavit” type. I really don’t rate it but take it as you say, for precaution. The fish oils and staying active is probably far more beneficial to health. But i suppose as bodybuilders (and the way humans have evolved the last few decades), we’re always looking for a magic pill to take. haha

Is 1000g that much more effective than 500mg a day? Some studies I’ve seen states it is but when doubling my dose after 8 weeks my HDL had hardly raised. That was when cruising as well.

If estrogen has indeed come up after stopping the AI. My guess is its more than likely in your head.

Scale is important to a degree. If you start at 200lbs and after 16 weeks bulking you’re 205lbs you’re not going to have achieved a whole lot.
Performance is a good indicator as well as the scale and mirror. They all need to work in synergy. Say you jump on scale and weights the same, but have progressed all your lifts during the week. Mirror shows you looking tighter than the week you went up 2.5 lbs.
