I’m trialing higher fat approach this pushing up phase. Always done higher carb, but noticed hunger/craving was high, and lethargy would be a killer when carbs got up in the 600-700g a day zone.
Now i’m combining carbs and fats in all my meals apart from post workout. Much better energy through the day, and hunger is fine. I don’t feel as hungry, but don’t see that as an issue as eating enough is never an problem for me. As long as digestion stays on point i’ll roll with the higher fat set up.

Wont make a difference mg for mg. Aromasin is the preferred as it’s better on lipids. Adex or letro are preferred on prep as they’re stronger. Letro by fars the strongest.

Thanks @drdeanstmart i will see if the Nova etc make a difference and if not seek surgery. Right hand side seems to be disappearing now. Strange
I get pea sized lumps and puffiness quite often when running 19-Nors. Never anything solid and it’s not obvious. But if you keep on the Nolva it should go. But takes 6-8 weeks I find.

I dont really see the logic in spreading shots if you dont need to, or limiting them to 300mg a jab? TRT Nibedo which is given as a 4ml shot, and 1000mg a time?

If im getting 3-4g EPA/DHA via Nordic Oil. Is it still worth adding 2-3g of Krill Oil on top?
What benefits would adding 3g of Evening Primrose Oil bring? Thanks!

Do you need to walk on a road? Take a pair of walking boots and just go for a stroll in breaks?
You say you cant chill out but what is the walk doing? I love taking my dog over the fields for a run about before bed. Get in extra steps, watch some wildlife, take in the smells and sounds, fresh air etc. If you’re walking round a busy city street then fair enough.

150 a week puts me at around 33.
Do you inject this all at once n if so how close to injection did u have bloods taken out of interest
Same. 150mg jabbed (at once) on a friday, see’s me at around 32-33 nmol when i take the blood 5 days later.

HDL isnt that low, but LDL is high. I’d work on bringing that down. Red Yeast Rice worked for me. Needs to still contain Monacolin K though, other wise its useless. Citrus Bergamot never made a huge difference to HDL for myself. Even at 1500mg a day. Niacin did to an extent, but not enough to warrant the annoying flush.
Kidney function for me improved when adding 3g of Astragalus a day. NAC at 1200-1800mg a day helped with my ALT levels. CK will likely always be high and i wouldn’t sweat it too much.
Beyond that, i’d give blood regularly to lower and keep low HCT. Make sure you’re taking a decent fish oil. I use Nordic Naturals, and take 15ml a day along with 3g of a high quality Krill oil. Plenty of fiber via green veggies, Inulin, Psyllium and foods like pasta, bread etc. Plenty of good fats in diet as well. Oils, Avocado, Nuts etc. I like to have salmon 3-4 times a week, and always buy the best eggs (i get mine from a local farms shop where you can see the chickens wandering around). Light cardio on off days for 20-30 mins and/or a good level of daily activity.
That’s about all you can do.

I used to use SG but became suspicious when they came back.
Would also like some feed back on if the new stuff is as per the old? -
Just go and have fun. Take some whey and a shaker to keep protein content high. Not sure how calories will need to come down. They’ll be burger stands and all sorts. Burger and a scoop of whey, four times a day! Few beers for additional carbs. 😉
You’ll be walking loads and dancing like a loon so the additional NEAT will take care of the messy food.

Either
Fresh salmon fillet cooked in honey and soy with jasmine rice.
Funny I had this for dinner tonight and thought I could eat this over and over again.
It’s gotta be fried in a skillet, then finished under the grill though. So the skin and too goes crispy! Bit of Dill and salt pepper. Sushi rice or some new potatoes and a good helping of broccoli.
Either that or simple steak and jacket potato with some chive Philadelphia. Fillet/rump/sirloin normally. Skirt/flank on occasion. Roast greens on the side.
Into my steak baguettes at the minute. Fresh baguette, slow cooked skirt steak, onion relish, salad and a bit of plastic cheese.
Chicken wraps with avocado and some reduced fat sour cream with chives.
Also a simple man. Pasta bake, turkey meat balls, grated cheese, spinach and a load of tomato sauce.
Vanilla Whey, a banana and some almond milk blended into a smoothly. Have this post workout and its awesome.

@Dean Herbert Its the hammer strength pullover im using btw. I have to use a wooden block to prop it into a more favorable position to start. Then the block drops away giving the ROM.
I think the issue may be that im trying to over stretch the movement. No problems feeling and contracting the lats, but i think at the bottom i’m trying to really force the stretch, and this is taking the focus off late, and onto triceps. Had a play about today, and it felt a lot better with a slightly shorter ROM.

Loads of good labs to choose from.
Sphinx and Triumph (probably now known as Nexus) have been my go to’s for ages. Everyone likes ROHM (probably because its fashionable lol). Used SiS and Dimensions and been happy with it.
-
I connect well with it and it pumps an loads my lats nicely. But the question is, will it take away from pressing a couple of days later? It does also recruit triceps even when using a reverse grip.
-
Yeah I always hold the bar in a reverse grip, the Dorian way! Don’t use the pads.
