    If it seems to good to be true, it usually is. Nexus is good don’t get me wrong. But when it’s pushed hard on a board by one person it raises red flags for me…….

    I like 10g of finer per 1000 calories as a minimum. Easy off season and in prep you’re always going to get a bit blocked up due to low food but just keep the veggies going in and use a fibre supp the whole way through. I like inulin as it’s a prebiotic.

    Its just another tool. But I found it very good at helping bring the stubborn spots in sooner. For me when I’ve taken it everything tends to come in together, rather than when not.

    Needs to be taken properly and at a high dose. I go to 25mg at 185-190lbs shredded. Start at 17.5mg and work up to tolerance which for me is 25mg.

    Hi Dean,

    Can you answer some questions for me that I’ve wondered about lately?

    Does alcohol effect estrogen in males? Noticeably so?

    Does citrus Bergamot need to be taken away from training as it interferes with MPS?

    Same for Ksm-66 taken pre?

    How long would it take to be at a TRT level after 500mg Test e?

    Does multiple shots of say 3 x 150mg a week make a difference to 1 shot of 450mg when it come to long esters?

    Just to add I mean KSM-66 having just a negative effect taken pre, not that it interferes with MPS.

    Also the 3 shots per week, vs one bigger shot in how it would effect clearance time? As it’s always 3 weeks since last shot or what ever is said.

    Also does Nandrolone show as estrogen in bloods as with Tren?

    To be fair I just have a off plan meal or two a day I’m off season. Normally for dinner I’ll just have what ever me and the wife fancy. Calories should be sky high anyway so as long as you’re not eating like a retard then never had a problem. Will add in some treats if the meal is a bit clean, but only if I’m hungry.

    I found two full upper and two full lower a week very taxing to recover from. So I split it up to upper with back focus, day off, lower with hamstring focus/bicep, day off, upper with chest focus, lower with quad focus/bicep, day off. Was better but still reverted back to PPL eventually as I felt I needed more volume.

    I tidy up once I’ve held weight after a push up for 4-5 weeks. Normally when cruising, then as performance starts to dip drugs come in and I’ll keep going till happy with composition. Then add food back in quite aggressively.

    I normally wait about 3 – 3 1/2 hours between post and post-post workout meals.
    My post workout gets pretty large and so is post post so no point putting them too close together.

    My go to post meal is just Krustez pancake mix with some chopped fruit and some sugar free pancake syrup. Big bowl of rice based cereal with oat milk, or on occasion some curiously cinnamon. Then a banana, vanilla whey iso and oat milk shake. Easy to get a good amount of carbs and sits well. Also low in fat content which is better post workout.

    Post post is what ever really. Home made Chicken Balti is always a favorite, or wraps, baguette of some kind. Just try and cap the fat at 10-20g and push carbs high. Depends on digestion and hunger. If i can stomach bread i will, if not then rice based foods. When carbs get maxed out, fat content goes up to add calories and manage fatigue.

    AI should be fine. If you’re using say 150mg a week, then i would do 300mg to account for the jab you’re missing. Then carry on as normal when back.

    That’s what i’m doing. I go away on a Thursday and am jabbing M/W/F so will do M/W as normal, then Thursday i’ll do Friday and Mondays shot. When i get back the following Friday i’ll do another double shot to cover the Wednesday i missed and Fridays. Then carry on as normal.

    Only if going for 2.5-3 weeks or more then i would probably plan to be at the end of the blast, and just pin the total weekly amount of test (say 650mg) the day i left and let the ester taper off. Then cruise when home.

    I used to cruise on 250mg of Sustanon every 12 days. After 11 days i was still top end of range test level wise. That was after a few weeks of already cruising so dont worry about having no test.

    I know that gym. Decent place to train. I go to J&S on the west coast usually but a trek if you’re Oisteins area.

    Where you staying? Be careful on the south coast with the early walks buddy. Its not as friendly as the locals make out. Crime and the economy isn’t what it was out there. Seems to be regressing.

    I’m very lucky in the sense that i never get cravings for junk or sweet food. When i switch from off gaining to dieting i just cut the junk and get on with it.

    But then in off season i’m very lose with food choices and will snack on what i want. So if i do fancy a doughnut or bit of cake or whatever i’ll just have it.

    After 12 weeks dieting, i gave myself a free pass yesterday to just eat what the hell i wanted and as much of it as i wanted. Litrelly it was the most pathetic attempt at a binge i’ve every had. Ate one Krispy Kreme to start and felt ill. Had half a dozen macaroons, kinder bueneo white as never tried one, couple of pieces of rocky road, a latte, 1/3 a vianetta, and that was about it. Just ate a good amount at a BBQ lunch but that was mostly protein with some potato salad and a hot dog. Post workout i just got some pancakes with fruit and syrup, cinnamon crunch cereal and a banana whey smoothy. Pitiful, and only woke up 3 lbs heavier which i can feel has dropped off already.

    I do love a diet drink though. Anything Zero or sugar free and i’m on it! Slim Line Tonic with Elder flour or lime is a current favorite. Off season i’ll add GIN! haha

    also.. atm in regards to eating.. this is the most relaxed I’ve ever been. My mind set right now is relax enjoy .. build up the appetite to kill it again.. which takes a little time of course.. I’m always and always have been gun hoe.. however I feel atm to move forward a step back is kind of necessary .. have to miss structure .. you have to crave it.. once you do then you will succeed massively in your chosen endeavours. right now I’m using this time to be social with family etc. but also see a little more of the world as such too. All the while still traiming hard and being the person who got me here today.. I have some decisions to make for next season.. if I need a coach.. shows to do.. etc etc.. for now I’m chilled and simply reloading the ammunition:)

    You bothering to track any thing at the minute food wise? Or you more just going by feel?

    What’s wrong with some sat fat in moderation? I wouldn’t want all my fats from sat fat but as part of a balanced diet of butter, egg, steak, virgin oils, avocado, fatty fish and nuts I don’t see a problem?
