Pausing at the bottom is important for sure. So is getting as high on tip toes as possible. Control the negative, all the usual stuff.
Also don’t neglect the Tibialis. Do toe raises and develop them from the front.
3-4 times a week, and 3 decent sets is good volume for me. Plus a couple of sets of Tibialis raises.

When you had the suspected fake Adex do you remember the brand?Hey bud. I honestly don’t think they were fake but thinking maybe they could have been past the use by date. As they were genuine pharma grade – accord was the brand. I’m not sure you can get fake pharma adex seems a big job for something that’s not very expensive but then again people will do anything these days.
Yeah i’ve always thought the same. Why fake something that you can buy abroad for about 4 quid a box?

Yeah estrogen was very high. But how much of that is the Tren messing with numbers? Adex is 1/2 tab a day and on 600 test that would have my estrogen low.
Prolactin just above range so added 1/4 tab of caber 3x a week. @hilly

Yeah its pharma Adex. Only ever use pharma Aromasin really unless in a bind. Couldn’t get that so used Adex instead. Looks legit. Usual pharma packaging but the tabs are plain, no stamping. But then that’s not that unusual. Source is legit and was formerly G2G 😉
Caber is 100% legit as check Prolactin before and then after. 1mg a week took Prolactin from just over top end range to rock bottom. Hence why i’m using 0.75mg a week this time.

Thanks all for the input.
Dean is there a way to check estrogen when you’re n Tren? I suspect my ADex may be bunk as nipples feel weird even though my AI dose is more than what I would usually need. No puffy lumps as such, but usual half pea sized lumps under the nipple that I get when running NPP.

I don’t think my guts would like 30g of fat from oil in one sitting (especially coconut oil).
But Eggs, Steak, Avocado, even dairy sits well with me. I also don’t have a problem with mixing fats/carbs both in high amounts. Some will do. I just suppose it depends how high you want to take carbs? If you want to go high then fat will likely need to be lower.
For me anything over 500-600g carbs (and even with low-ish fat intake) i’m just wrecked digestion wise. Even on 90% rice based carbs and i’m active day to day. But 500g carbs via what ever, and 160g fat a day and i’m all good. So yeah it very person dependent.
I also just feel a lot better when Fat intake is high. High carb and lower fat just makes me lethargic. Good chunk of fat with each meal helps my energy stay constant.

Are you over stretching?
For lats you need to keep the scapula locked. This was a mistake i made for a long time…..
Then its just a case of focusing on driving the elbows down, back and in.
Play around with different bars/attachments and of course torso angle. I lean back a touch and pull down towards my upper abs, as if i’m too upright my upper back/rhomboids seem to take the brunt. -

I prefer to up fats first. I like to up calories without blowing up. Once my fats are at a high level (say where i would want them for off season) i’ll add in carbs. This keeps me nice and sensitive and allows me to have eggs, cheese, Steak, Salmon and all the good stuff! haha
I function well on fats though. Carbs i’m good but once too high i just bloat and get lethargic. If after dieting i add them in too quick i just feel sleepy ALL day. Worse than when actually dieting.
Cardio, i just drop from what ever i’m on to 30 mins a session which i keep in the whole time.
Fat burners/T3 all just come out when i decide to stop dieting. May keep T3 in at 25mcg for a week if i’ve been running it higher.
Beyond that i’ll just have the odd cheat meal but don’t go overboard. Stay active and hydrated.
Always had a decent transition doing it this way.

My advice is dont worry as they wont be in range when using synthetic testosterone. You just want them back when you stop…

300mg a week i see benefits. 450-500mg is great for fullness. Never got the hunger increase from it, and dont really rate it as a builder as i’d rather use NPP.
But it has its place if you want/need to use lower Test.
For me it shines when dieting, and you’re lean enough to get its visual effects. That plus the fullness and the fact you can use a bit less test is a great combo for myself. -
You just need to have it away from carbs.
Right now i take 10mg fasted before my cardio, or if no cardio just an hr before i eat my carb free breakfast. Another 5mg mid morning, 20 mins before i take my dog for a walk. Finally, another 5mg either mid afternoon, or after dinner. These meals have some carbs in (not loads of carbs) so i just wait a couple of hours to let blood sugar drop. Take it, then 20 mins later walk the dog again. I’ll also combine it with some caffeine. Either a strong coffee before the walks, or RedCon1s Double Tap if preworkout/cardio.
I really found that by adding yohimbine that all my stubborn/fattier sites came in easier. But you need to run it the whole time of dieting to see benefits in my opinion.
