That’s very strange buddy, you would think you’d need much more calories if you can’t gain at that mount you’d think it would be a breeze with diet.
Yeah my metabolism just adjusts really quickly. So I have to keep dropping to lose weight. Then when I add back in my weight just keeps steady, or drops till I get to 4000 ish. Only then will it start to rise. So post diet I’m putting back in 400-500 calories a week and holding weight for the first 4-6 weeks.

All the messing about with these companies (that i assume are unregulated and the results they put out aren’t checked/audited) probably isn’t worth the risk.

Cycle is Tren A 195mg, Test E 450mg, 400mg EQ and 50mg Var split am/pm.
Yohimbine 20mg, T3 50mcg (just upped this am) and Malay Clen 1/4 tab so who knows the dose on that….
AI just gone up to 1/2 tab adex a day as of this am.
Cardio 50 mins off days, steps 15k a day.Diet is pretty much air and water now. Just dropped food down again this am to the below.

As i never fully “prep” so AIs stay low as possible, no real oral use, plus i’ve got thick skin naturally as well. I have no idea how close i’ve ever gotten to contest condition. I may be 5 lbs off, i may be 15 lbs off. Hell may even be 30 off………. I’ve had faint veins in my arse cheeks and lower back last year. Not quite there yet though. Doubt i will be as wasn’t as aggressive this time round.
Maybe i need to try and get some ok pics of myself just to show and find out. If you all say i look 20 weeks out i swear i’ll die though! haha

I was the opposite. Last summer when lean i was sweating all night long with the aircon blasting. Then during the day it was 35 degrees, and sat by the pool with my shirt off i was freezing. Just sat and moaned about the chilly breeze. haha

This is where you find minerals and push harder, to me it’s mental at that stage. Up until 3/4 week out mark you will still have it in you to push just find it

Dropped volume a touch and adjusted some movements for stuff thats less taxing. Had a great workout and feel a lot less smashed so hopefully this will carry over recovery wise to being ready for my next session. Beyond that, its food own and cardio and T3 up. Decided on no refeed for now as pump is still ok. Weights now holding and getting tighter daily so all’s well.

My Estrogen came back twice as high (751 pmol/L) using 195mg Tren A a week. But my Test was higher (450mg a week) and was using EQ as well (400mg).
Right or wrong….. I wouldn’t trust Medichecks results for hormones any more.

Oestradiol 751 pmol/L (41-159)
Progesterone 1.77 nmol/L (<0.474)
Prolactin 349 mU/L (86-324)Thats on 195mg Tren A, 450mg Test E and 400mg EQ. No way can i see 195mg Tren, or the Test/EQ putting E2 up that high. Also using 1/2 tab of pharma Aromasin eod as well.
Won’t use them again as results do seem off. Problem with youthrevised is the combination of tests in the panels. I dont always need 80% of what im paying for. Hopefully they’ll have it so you have more freedom to choose the tests you need. @drdeanstmart

Make sure you’re well hydrated. I like to drink a good amount of water when i wake for a wee in the night. Then again when i get up.
Tend to do my test fasted 30-40 mins after waking. -

Just dieting for the sake of leaning up for summer and so I can push up again. No real time scale but on holiday in 3 weeks so just get as much off before then.
Rest times I’ve increased slightly. Probably another minute more than normal between the load and back off. I’m fitter now though so the load doesn’t take it out of me too much. But the back offs I just run out of steam it seems.

Clen is a fat burner.
Stanaver is just a combo on Winstrol and Anavar. So will give hardness when lean, as well as a good boost to strength.I’d do more research into what these drugs are, what they do, and what they’re used for, before you start taking anything.

I’ll give it a go if tomorrows back session is poor. I’ll see what the scale/look is like in the morning. Scale has been coming down but looks not improving. But then my front always tightens up first.
