@Hilly Never sure on bodyfat percentages tbh. Pretty lean, but can pinch a bit on my lower back and Glutes. Feel very flat though. Legs are like lead today after cardio this am, and heavy legs yesterday. Think i’ll need to lower leg training volume slightly from now on to keep strength up.
Plan is to diet for another 3 weeks before my holibobs. So need to dig deep and get another 5 lbs or so off. Then i can get fat again on hols (most likely) and have to tidy up.
I’ll try and give a refeed a go if things keep slipping. How much carbs we talking? Currently on 130g training days, so low! 🙁

DHB was poison…… Good poison though! Pretty sure i almost lost a leg to it! PIP lasted about 3-4 weeks off one jab i did.
Yep, and the whole muscle strain I put it into was hard, sore and painful.
Also got signs of sickness after 2 weeks, which subsides as I quitted the intake of dhb.exactly the same for me. severe pip that peaks after day 4-5 and lasts for weeks on time, signs of sickness and fatigue. just terrible.
however this only happens when the product is not made properly and is caused by the inflammation of the muscle. the most important thing with dhb is that it has to stay in solution. if it crashes on room temp, its garbage. also, every product thats dosed higher than 125mg/ml is pip in a bottle. don’t even try to use it.Christoph, what happened to the 200mg/ml stuff? 😉
I’d love to use DHB again, but the volume of shots and PIP is tedious.

Why so much volume on the side lateral movements? Assuming you just feel they can handle the work and recover ok?

I do quads all the time, down the side and i use insulin pins so no scar tissue.

For me. Thumb on hip bone, and where your index finger lands. That height, to the outside (pocket area). Never had an issue.

Just me then! Probably half a dozen sources i use dont have it.
Cant bring myself to use UGL Ai’s. Used Sphinx Aromasin in a bind and that was all but useless (and i really rate Sphinx as a lab). -
I’d want me estrogen higher (unless dieting). Lipids will take more of a hammering. I’d try 1/4 tablet twice a week.

Salsa is very low calorie so could dip them in that?
I like sour cream and chive rice cakes straight out the pack, or with some extra light chive Philadelphia. I also have the caramel rice cakes just dipped in some whey paste, or Skyr/greek yog with some whey/flavor added. -
Rotties we had tren + npp in the mix and didn’t realise Haider’s adex was fake, so we dropped npp as that looked the wisest move . We could defo re add it at some point but he is flying atm and feels good! So I don’t like to change much unless it’s being reactive

Didnt know people even bothered to fake adex! Was it UGL? Seems for me that getting pharma Aromasin is getting harder and harder these days.
I’m tempted to try NPP + Tren next off season. Just 150mg Tren Ace along with 400mg NPP. Will start those doses lower and work up though. Its annoying having to use tamox everyday with the NPP but better than having breasts.

I add quash to mine. Not sure why it would change anything absorption wise?
I wouldn’t bother counting the 1g of fruit juice carbs you get per serving! hahaI also like to add either pomegranate juice or some coconut water in with my EAA and HBCD in the off season. Just for the health benefits.

Update on the gear – me and jordan have decided to drop the npp in favour of anavar as my oestrogen and prolactin is too high. Nipples puffy and forming a small lump behind. I upped tamoxifen and arimidex also on caber eod and it’s still getting more prominent and sore. As you can imagine I just cannot afford to get visible gyno in any class but least of all the men’s physique class so I must be very cautious and not push anything that could leave me in a compromised position. So I’ll keep u posted how it goes and how I feel. I’ll be putting anavar in at 50mg a day

I cant run NPP without running Tamox along side. E1, E2 Estrogen and prolactin can all be in range but i still get tenderness and swollen nips. Could you not have just run Tamoxifen with it instead of dropping the NPP? Would be interested to hear @jordan-peters reasons??

Try cooking them properly for a start. Dry oats added to a shake wrecks me, but cooked properly and cooled is ok. Still there is a limit. 1 cup is about all i can handle which is about 55g carbs. Anymore and i get bloating.

I just add in some sugar free squash to my intra.
That way i can mix up the flavors and concentration as i want.
Does a good job hiding the terrible taste. -
