I like to be awake for a couple of hours before training to hydrate and fully wake up. Also to get house stuff done before my kids get up and want breakfast. So having a meal an hour or so before training is no biggie. Although in the past i’ve trained out of bed with just an intra and was ok.

Anavar only off season for me. Only oral that doesnt make me lethargic or wreck my appetite.
However i wouldnt kick start with it. I prefer to start drugs low, then build them up as i stall. I don’t like the idea of kick starting anymore. Just let everything build over a couple of weeks. -

Last off season if i remember you would low-calorie it on rest days, fasted cardio am, then do a cheat meal of the evening.
Do you think this helped stay tighter than just spreading food all day?
Also you say you only ate when hungry(ish), but i assume you still had a total amount of calories you were told to consume? So would you not have had to combine meals, reduce meal frequency so something to make it possible? -
I’d question 200mg/ml NPP. Its hard to hold at high concentrations from what i’m lead to believe.
The Triumph 150mg/ml stuff was like a block of wax at room temperature. Worked though, and is still the best NPP i’ve used. -

Hi Jordan, did you drop the Dorsi-Flex movements for calves? As someone who has the same kind of shape and stubbornness as your calves, this is the only thing i’ve actually done that has made a noticeable difference in a shortish amount of time. Just made them look much thicker from the front. Still shit from the back and side but 1 out of 3 isnt bad. Ha. No the do look better all over. But i start every session with 2-3 sets of calves. I like it as it kind of psychs me up the pain of training them. It does take away slightly from my hamstring curl after though. Not so much load i can move, but how the movement feels if that makes sense.

Not sure how others do it , but what makes sense to us, is cruise once have hit max strength , Max cals…. tidy when ur fresh after a cruise, then push . Any other way to me, is illogical

Kuba, Kevin, Oscar and Wotti all said end of blast for mini-cutting. Hence my confusion as i’d always thought it was after a cruise. My logic was get some sensitivity back and do a mini rebound kinda thing! -

So do you push up, cruise, mini cut, then push again? This is how I’ve been doing it but Kuba and a few other do it the other way round? Push, tidy, then cruise?

Matt didnt cruise from what i’ve heard. He slowly crept his doses up and monitored his health. But the damage was already done, and with a history of family heart issues it probably wasn’t wise to continue AAS use. Now its his wife and kid who have to suffer. Thats the sad shit right there.
End of the day, for a cruise you use the least you need. For the most of us that’s probably 125-150mg a week. Guys like Jordan, Kuba, James etc will need more as they hold a lot more muscle than most of us. Thats the ramification of getting to that size. Doses in general need to be higher in every aspect. But genetics will dictate how damaging that is.

I cant see you needing it on 30mg Dbol. Just run it afterwards.
I use 600mg NAC 2-3 times a day all year round and only ever had raised liver enzymes (well proper raised) once. That was after using 20mg Superdrol a day, along with 50mg Var. Even those results weren’t alarming. Not that i’d recommend it.

Truvia for me. Its mostly Erythritol, with just some Stevia to add additional sweetness. So its as good as calorie free. Plus no issues with my guts.

I will add , if ur already up at 750 test , I think you would need to be fucking big to not be blurring detail . Luke is on 750 now in his prep. Atm with Joe Ballenger at 6 out he is on 550 ish test and max we will prob go is 700 , and he is a super heavy.
When I talk about these guys, a lot of people need to remember how much muscle they haveI’m on 450mg test, 300mg, but upped to 400mg EQ 😉 I like the look EQ gives me when lean. I pulled EQ my last diet towards the end, and upped Tren a touch. Didnt like the look.

Hi Jordan. In the Leg video with Kuba and Jamie you talk about keeping test high going into a show. But you also mention that fullness dropped as you dropped EQ. Is there a reason you would favor increasing Test over increasing EQ? Say you were on 750mg Test and 400mg EQ. Would you prefer to up test to a gram, or up the EQ to say 700mg? What difference do you feel there would be to the look?
