Far too many people getting abcess right now, see a new post on here almost daily! Must be some real shite gear going about. What lab was it? Good luck with the healing.

I just chuck a couple of table spoons of Hot Salsa and then a good squeeze of Frenches mustard.
Important thing is to not over cook it until its like rubber.
If you struggle then a bit of chicken stock in 250ml water, and cook it on a low heat until most of the water has evaporated.

I don’t count them as they’re a consistent thing within my diet which i would never remove. Bit like i don’t track Green veg, fiber supplements, fish oils etc.

White fish leaves me hungrier than chicken so tend to stick with that when prepping.
Love some an fried Cod when in off season though. Sits nicely.

  • I just cant pin delts. I’ll have like 4-5 ok shots then one that for no reason just fucks me up.
I’ve had three golf ball sized squishy lumps that have lasted weeks at a time on my delts from bad shots.
Now i just stick to lower body. Glutes, Quads and Ventro-Glutes. Will only jab delts on a cruise if the volume is 1/2 ml or so.

I did NPP twice a week and “felt” fine. Performance was also fine but i got much worse acne.
M/W/F is better for me. But i say give it a go for your self. You may be alright with it.

Seems quite a lot of food for 10 weeks out given your size. So that’s good news if you’re dropping. 7 lbs in 4 weeks is spot on IMO. You’re on a lot of test and EQ so will still be holding a good amount of water.

As for losing size, that’s the name of the game. I think everyone goes from feeling big, full and strong, to like a bag of bones when dieting.

Well my calories finished in my offseason at 4200.

My Calories started at 5000+ and i’m now down to 2800 odd on training days after 6 weeks.

For chest, for me, it was a case of just dropping what i was told to be doing. Benching and DB presses, and switch to machines where i could actually feel the chest working. Meant reducing load until i got a great contraction and could keep all the tension where i wanted it. Then just working the load back up.
Once i masted that. I then added a RP set of presses like 45 degree incline, 30 degree incline (both on a smith), and incline DB presses (no RP). After that i’d go onto a seated shoulder press, tricep compound etc.

Doing that the last 9 months has made a huge difference to my chest. I was very delt dominant before and as a result had terrible shoulder pain. Now im more balanced and the pain has reduced considerably.

Highly recommend you to strictly jab every other day. M W F isn’t every other day… definitely a must when taking ace if you don’t want to be all over the place.

Half life of Tren Ace is 2-3 days so cant see M/W/F being a huge issue. Ideal? Probably not and if i dont get on with it on a sunday night i’ll just not use any Tren.

Rotties – The hexahydrobenzylcarbamate ester is no more lipophilic than cypionate and very similar to phenylpropionate but has the ester moiety and saturated ring

Also need to consider for ester clearance
    1. Genetics of PDE7B
    2. Volume adminiatered
    3. Site of administration

The websites which list 14 days are all dodgy UGL ones if you do a quick Google search

Hi Dean, I’m going to be honest but you lost me at “lipophilic”…… No idea what you mean by “has the ester moiety and saturated ring”

I wanted something that was in and out quicker than Enth. But with conflicting info on Parabolin’s half life i’ll just use Ace as i know this is quick. I just wanted to avoid frequent jabbing for a while. But will jab 50mg M/W/F as a compromise.

I microwave it, or cook on the hob. Find it goes thicker and you can add more water giving it more volume.

Wikipedia has parabolan as a 14 day half life. Seems hexahydrobenzylcarbonate Ester is 14 days but guess it’s confused with Hexanoate which is 5-6 days.

Will get myself some Ace me thinks…….

Agreed see reaction to 50-100mg acetate first.

Hex has a half life if between 5 and 7 days.
In theory 75mg of hex would be milder than ace due to the lower peak concentration but it’s remains active longer.

See how bad you suffer mentally with ace first before running hex.

Bumping an old tread alert as confused on Tren Hex (Parabolin) Half life? I’ve read on here that its 5 days but most online places put it at 14 days?
I wanted something quicker to clear than Enth so if its a 14 day half life i’ll switch to Ace as only plan on running Tren for 8 weeks.

pace of loss has been very steady which is good – no need to go super hard as there is no deadline as such

have lifts stalled on push for another reason? ie they need to rotate? or you are over doing volume? is this a ‘tired’ session, ie if I train 3 on that 3rd session always struggles most to improve I do M/W/F/Sa so plenty of recovery time imo. Volume is moderate (6 sets of pushing plus some iso). I did have a fantastic push session on the weekend. Smashed every lift. But the couple before were a struggle. Most lifts are new as of 2-4 rotations ago. My pushing is aways first to falter. Legs my lifts will increase right to the end, but when they go, numbers fall quick!

I don’t see why you would refeed – ADD CALORIES….if you are not dropping on your current set up….that means youre not in a deficit so would be increasing into a surplus help? It didnt haha. I added 150g of carbs and my weight went up a touch but then only very slowly came down.

food is still in a decent place and cardio only a few days a week – you have lots of tools ” src=”https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/11.2.0/svg/1f642.svg” /> I’ve cut 15g of fat on off days again. I’ll pull 10g on training day and 25g carbs. I’m not starving hungry so happy to do that. I’m just being cautious as i’ve always pulled calories so quickly in diets past. Left me with no where to go but output and drugs.

Hi @Corinne, Added answers to the above. I though a re-feed could help when weight loss had stalled? In the past a big cheat meal, or refeed day has seen me drop to a new low when i’d stopped losing scale weight?
