Id rather take AAS to look wicked in Ibiza, having a great time with my mates and pulling birds than standing oiled up on a BB stage in the hope of a plastic trophy and being disappointed afterwards then going home to eat pizza and feeling miserable.
Always cracks me up guys saying why you using AAS if you dont compete?. Dont use just to look good on holiday. etc
News flash for you. Getting £20 and a plastic trophy wont save your health anymore than a few beers in the sun and a shag off the local tarts. Protan doesnt have some health healing tonic in it. -
You ordered from there before @rotties ? is it just the same stuff from the supermarkets?
I’ve ordered from other brew sites and yeah its the same stuff they use. 100% white rice flakes.

I mix it up. Some Cereal like Coco Pops or Special Flakes (Tesco Rice cereal), half a dozen or so Caramel Rice Cakes (which i dip in a whey sauce), and then a serving of rice flake porridge made with plenty of jam and almond milk.
Easy to get down, tasty and can get in 300 grams plus with no issue.

I use Yohimbine and its nothing amazing but has a use for getting stubborn sites in sooner.
Clen and T3 will yield better results and can be run together. I wouldnt use T3 over 37.5mcg though. Seen posts of people using 100mcg and shit. I start at half a tab, then a tab, if really desperate i’ll do a tab and half.OTC i like Double Tap from Redcon1. Tastes horrible but gives me a nice boost in the moring and afternoon when i take it without feeling to stimmed…. I also feel it helps control hunger.

You said in IG that only the RDL is worth doing for mass, and that Rack Pulls and deadlifts are inferior. But what about if a rack pull is done below the knee and a dead lift is touch and go? So many great, thick, backs have been built with these that their must be something in it? 🙂 Luke has a crazy thick back and he’s also a great puller. Your back is a strength (sure youve said that) and you can pull mad weight as well.
Also have you ever tried deadstop barbel rows in a rack? Been doing these lately and you can remove a lot of the momentum and really drive the elbows back. Load has to drop slightly but they’ve been hitting my whole back like nothing else.

Matt Jansen talked about having a month or even two off a year. Just like the guys did in the 80s and 90s. Lots would do the Olympia or NOCs and then take a long break. Dorian used to take December off.
Probably not a bad idea.

20mg eod is ok for me if i catch the acne developing early. If you have it badly then it needs to be run higher.
3 weeks isnt very long for accutane and it will get worse before it gets better.

I don’t normally eat for an hour or so after waking.
Good liter of water, bit of cardio, walk the dog, do some stuff about the house and then make my breakfast. -
The pregnancy test thing isnt accurate bud.
The concentration of HCG to water needs to be very particular for it to show as a positive result.
Its not just a case of squirting some HCG on a kit and it telling you you’re pregnant. -
How many calories you even eating? If you get digestion and the demand is right 5-6000 should sit ok. You may not be starving hungry for every meal but even on 5000 calories i was peckish for my later meals.

Test NPP and DHB. Possibly a little bit of Var at the end.

Drop the Tren. No brainer really. If you cant eat, you wont grow.
Not many will use Tren off season for this exact reason. This and the fact its supposedly harsh on the body, and sends lots of people loopy.
