    I was having a chocolate egg most days for the back end of my off season. Don’t feel it effected me.
    Bodybuilding is restrictive enough. Don’t just keep taking away the stuff you enjoy or you’ll never stick at it.

    I’d favor NPP over EQ for building mass, but EQ (even at a low dose) does give a nice look, and added fulness when lean.
    I just used 300 DHB with 400 NPP and that was a nice combo. The PIP was annoying though, and i cant see how i’d use more than 300-400mg max of DHB without being crippled.

    EQ has never personally given me a increase in hunger. I’ll even use it when dieting with no issues. For me hunger when calories are high comes from remaining active, and finding foods that sit well and are calorie dense..

    I would have liked to try the Southern Ghost DHB and EQ blend. I can imagine the combination of low Test, EQ, DHB and a sprinkle of Tren would give an amazing look when dieted down. Chuck some Var and Winnie on top of course just, to be sure you’re abusing your body from all angles.

    12.5 eod was probably the right dose if i’m reading the results correctly.

    NPP gives me nipple issues even when E1, E2, E3 estrogen and Prolactin are all in range?! Not sure why, but I use Nolva at 20mg a day to keep it in check.

    I use it the whole way through until I’m lean enough to drop it. Normally around 10 weeks total.
    I can’t run it as high as Corinne as I’d go loopy. But 15 – 17.5mg I can use long term.
    I take the whole dose pre fasted cardio or lifting with a scoop of double tap.

    I don’t think i could do it if i wanted to progress. I’d either under eat when trying to gain weight by listening to my body, over over eat because i was purposely trying to not under eat. I do think that being more flexible off season is a good thing in as far as food choice goes. So if you want to drop a meal that 40 pro/70 carb/10 fat which may be something like rice, chicken, some sauce and a few salted peanuts mixed in. I’d have no problem subbing that for a chicken burger and chips or something like that.

    If you just do it for fun and are looking to more maintain your physique, then for sure you could eat as you please, and simply adjust based on how you look.

    HDL is normally low on blast. Goes back to around 1 when cruising or on lower test. LDL and Trigs stay the same and never really change..

    Never had high RBC or HCT in the past, normally both mid range. Thats after 4 years of B&C. Even 15 weeks of 750mg EQ caused no change. So think its either the DHB, or i was dehydrated? If that make a difference to RBC?

    Hi all…

    Attached are my bloods after 12 weeks of 600mg Test, 400 NPP and 300 DHB. Taken just prior to cruising.

    Don’t think they’re to bad considering.

    Has anyone got any idea how to lower RBC? I gave blood 6 weeks ago, and will do again in 6 weeks.
    Also my TSH is high? Any idea why this could be? Not used T3 or any thyroid meds in a year or so.
    HDL is low but doing all i can with Krill, Cardio, Fish Oil and Bergamot. Any amount of test over 500mg kills my HDL. Next cycle will be 450mg and i’d expect it to rise to about 1 nmol.

    Blood count a bit off but just battled a cold and sick bug a week or two before bloods done. I also did the test straight out of bed so may have been a bit dehydrated. Just necked a liter of fluid and then did the test 15 mins later.

    Any thing else of any concern? @drdeanstmart @hilly

    Clen is one of those things that’s I find good to pull in and out depending on what my body is doing? Starting at 20mcg and slowly taper up as needed. Also dropping it for a few days here and there if it’s warrented.

    Clens always the last tool to play with for me. When food is low and cardio high then I’ll start to throw in some clen.

    Rhom is good generally, not sure if it will he fully dosed tho at 200 if it was possible I’m pretty sure other companies would do it ? Or it might have bad pip with it. Never know till you try tho haha[/quote]

    I’d think that 200mg NPP would spend a lot of time in crystal form. Triumph do a 150mg/ml and i’d say it feels correctly dosed. But it is hit or miss if it’s crashed or not when you go to use it. However I’ve never had PIP from it.

    I do use the increase rep method rather than weight on occasion. But tbh if I’d tried 255 I’d have bombed. I tried 240 as I can get that easy for 7-8 and got 1 or two.

    May be I just need to change up my first two movements that are stalling.

    Hmm. Probably between 12-16 weeks on most? It’s mainly my first two movements. After that i seem ok.

    Deadlifts I only added back in about 8 weeks ago. Last time I got 255 for 5. This week I got 260 about 6” off the floor. But my back off I added 5kg and matched the reps. Hopefully I don’t bomb on it next time as well as I was making some nice progress.
