But now i’ve been using the T400 and Tren A (125mg), and got to be honest i’m not blown away. I did always rate Nexus but the T400 seems under dosed and the Tren A in all the jabs ive not had a cough or tight chest (which i know isnt a guarantee), and not one Tren side. No sweats, still have an appetite, and not turned into a grumpy fucker.
I have to order a few bits so may pan it and go back to Sphinx or rohm.

I use malay and the first time I used it I just had a half tab. Glad i did as I was jittering so bad I dropped two glasses making my breakfast after cardio! Lol. Now I use 1/4 tab for a week, half a tab for a week and then a week off.
I’m surprised it’s only come as 70mcg. I’d have guessed 100mcg easy.

Used it a bit a did rate it. Can’t really see a drug that it compares to but loosely a dry nandrolone I suppose. Probably not a potent.
It has a lot of issues. PIP is bar far the worst out of anything I’ve used. It’s brutal and will need diluting in something weak and long estered. The fact you need 4ml a week for it to properly shine if using it along and that means 4ml worth of oil, which due to the PIP isn’t fun. For my red blood cells and HCT goes mad. Much worse than EQ.
I have 3 vials left and almost dread using them but it’s a good drug for adding a touch of muscle. But NPP is probably better without the issues (for me).
I used it last as 200mg test/100mg DHB/100mg NPP three times a week and that was a nice cycle.

Its been bad a good 6 weeks but has been considerably worse the last 5-7 days. Taken a week off training as i couldn’t stomach training day food. Even getting in rest day calories is a chore. Just eating granola really!
Could now be a bug, but then thanks to Covid i’ve not been anywhere to catch something!?!

Started all that this am.
Will also fast for the day as I need to get hungry again. Plus I could do with losing a lb or 10.

I’ve got some proper apple cider that I’ve not used so will give that a whirl. Use glutamine post workout at about 10-15g but will take it fasted.
Is sauerkraut a alternative to kimchi? Can’t stand that stuff!
I’ll grab some Yacult, are the enzymes in Fage any good, or harmful in this instance?

Yohimbine has side effect though such as anxiety and she can be a bit on edge as it is. Especially now, having had our three kids at home non-stop for 3 months. Also you need to take it for weeks to notice anything and being on a diet helps. Only meal plan my Mrs will follow is Cocktails, Starter, Main, Dessert and Coffee/Petit fours, in that order. She’s very active though. Does gym classes 3-4 times a week, the odd jog and runs around cleaning up after the kids, and amusing them the rest of the time.
Shes gone and got all the belts and creams now off amazon. haha. She’ll wack it on, do 15 mins on the cross trainer, drink some vino, half tub Ben and Jerry’s and then say it doesn’t work.

Not sure she’d take Yohombine to be honest, let alone have her do fasted cardio. Which chocolate and wine meal should she take the GDA with?
If there are no decent ones then i’ll just let her crack on and buy the one she wants and waste my money. 🙂

For me i just cant progress the barbell bench press. I’ve been stuck between 140-160kg for 4-6 for about 3 years. So prefer machines, where i can just lock-in, control the weight and progress. Barbel i just wobble and sway everywhere. Except for over head press. I can now almost overhead as much as i can bench.

Best cycle I did was Test, DHB and NPP. Felt great, looked good and progressed well.
Only sides were the massively high hct results on a post cycle blood test. DHB raises mine like mad.
Think I ran 700 test, 400 DHB and 400 NPP from memory.

You must be superhuman to cope with the lower back loading youre doing!? Even Corinne seems to struggle.
How do you manage when you have a squat variation (though supported), hip thrusts and RDLs in Leg. Then 3 sleeps later hit a snatch or stiff leg deadlift in Pull? Do you not find the posterior fatigue effects the dead lift day (well obviously you dont)? Then i assume a couple of sleeps later hit leg again doing V-squats and Good mornings?

Got some glutamine but not taken any yet. Been having some Greek yog before bed just as I thought the good stuff in it would help. Beyond that I don’t use anything. No enzymes or pre/probiotics. Fibre is low apart from a touch of greenery that I dropped when ill.
Swapped to a beef isolate rather than whey for now. Sits so nicely. Can’t believe i never used it before.
Food wise yes I eat some salmon and sea bass, but mainly chicken and a bit of egg for breakfast. Carbs are rice based in the most part…. sprinkle of readybrek
